I really like this place a lot, I found it last year and it’s been great, all the snacks a very yummy and the prices are also good. I love the variety of chips, ice cream/ popsicle flavors and all the candies and desserts they offer.

I pulled up to this place after searching the area. The lady ran from next-door out of the laundromat and ran inside of Sol Dias, locking the door, waving her hands saying we’re closed. It was 9:55 and the hours are till 10pm. All the lights were still on, and a girl at the counter. Even as I stand outside the door “begging please, I just want 1 thing” she still says no we’re closed and runs to the back. This was my 1st time, and I won’t be back. To save anyone the same issue, save the trip and go to Casa Himalaya(3 mins down the street) that’s stays open till MIDNIGHT (1am on Saturdays) where the service is A+. I got the Mangonada, the mini corns on a Cobb, and the Papas Locas(pimped out chips). The 1st pic is the bad service spot(Sol Dias) and the 2 and 3 picture is the food I got from Casa Himalaya spot 🤤

Nice store but the lady complained when I asked for churros she made it seem like she didn’t wanna do it because it was too much work she said “ahh its gonna take 10 mins” and a lady asked for mini pancakes and she also complained saying it was gonna take 15 mins

This is NOT A SORBET, it taste like sticky candy stuck in a freezer topped with freezer burn watermelon.... if you are looking for a sorbet this is not it. Highly recommend Palateria La Azteca 10/10 they make the best icee cool drinks that REhydrate you.

Sol Dias Ice Cream Parlor in Irving is an absolute gem! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by the warm, friendly staff and a bright, cheerful atmosphere that instantly makes you feel welcome. The decor is vibrant and fun, setting the perfect backdrop for a delightful ice cream experience.

But let's talk about the star of the show—the ice cream! The flavors here are out of this world. They have such a unique and delicious variety, from classic favorites to more exotic options. Every scoop is creamy, rich, and bursting with flavor. It’s clear they use high-quality ingredients, and you can really taste the difference. My personal favorite has to be the mango chamoy—the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and spicy!

What really stands out at Sol Dias is the attention to detail in every creation. Whether you’re getting a scoop, a sundae, or one of their amazing ice cream sandwiches, everything is beautifully presented and tastes even better than it looks. It’s clear that a lot of love and care goes into making each treat.

If you're in Irving and looking for the best ice cream around, Sol Dias is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again to try more of their incredible flavors!

Arrived on a hot Tuesday afternoon. Service was quick and personable. The strawberries and cream was cold, sweet, and fresh! Aqua Fresca was also super tasty. Definitely a cute cafe with quality snacks.
