I’ve gone in person to this location and ordered it DoorDash. Customer Service lacks terribly. Nobody seems eager to help. Food is pretty bad, and Sonic is already on the lower end of the totem pole. Most times, food is cold, or over cooked. This particular night, I tried purchasing two Blasts, to which I was informed that they were out of ice cream. No big deal. It happens. As I was driving away, I hear one of the employees state they were out of burgers, chicken, ice cream, ranch among many other things. I can’t imagine how much potential business this franchise lost because of poor management. I mean literally almost every car was being told they didn’t have whatever they were ordering.

While placing my order the girl on the mic was like WHAT . I work in customer service I would never answer a customer like that . I throw half of my food away. The onion rings were burnt had the burger was soggy . I will never visit this location again in the future

I have a good experience here 9 times out of 10. We don't do a lot of fast food but this location is on it. We almost never have our order messed up and it's usually quick service, hot food and kind employees. Thanks for that!

Tell me why our food was served to us cold. I should have known something was up when no cars were parked. I’m never coming again getting the order wrong is one thing that’s an honest mistake but serving your customers cold food is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

All the food was cool. How can a chili cheese dogs get cool in 5 minutes it takes to drive home? How can tater tots be cold in that time? Because it wasn't made fresh.

I thoroughly enjoyed the one foot chili cheese dogs. I used to enjoy the corn dogs. It just seems lately like they either overcooked them or are cooking them in dirty grease. Either way, the taste has changed and not for the better.
