Had to press the button from two different stations but no service. When a guy came out and asked if the buttons worked he just made a face and said works just fine and didnt assist. Get better servers or management.

We pulled up and there was only one other car who was just leaving. The guy on the speaker kept yelling and rushing us, he seemed very annoyed. We asked for him to give us a second and he removed our order from the screen and would not respond anymore when we pushed the red button again. We drove to the pioneer location and the customer service was exceptional!

I ordered a small strawberry shake. And it was all the melted when he brought it out. He literally looked at it and looked at us as if he knew that the shake was terrible from being all melted. If I was the manager and I saw that I would of made it right . Or consider another option . As in another drink. In no way should a employee say to themselves that it is okay when it's not. I'm talking about Patrick which I have read other accounts of him being unsatisfactory

The guy on the speaker was so rude all because I asked for a drink type and literally deleted my order and turned off the speaker. I never experienced this at any Sonic and will never be back to this location.

The guy who took my order Patrick was extremely rude. I asked for extra ice in my tea and he tells me well it comes with a full cup of ice. When i told him yes i know this but it melts down when you put the tea in it so i want EXTRA ice, he said whatever and rudely said anything else. I told him yes for you not to be so rude. He brought my order, didnt say hi or what he was handing me, turned away and walked off, no thank you or anything. I wont be going back to this location. His attitude was very unprofessional!!!
