I ordered a $1.00 chili cheese coney at around 9:00pm, for one of their Thursday specials through their mobile app. After arriving to pick up my food at the promised time, I waited an extra 10 minutes for it. The restaurant was completely empty without a car in sight, but I believe staffing was an issue since there was only two people working. Don't think I'll ever come back to this Sonic, even when they have promotions.

Editing my review here due to Sonic's response, which is almost as bad as the service that I had.

I'll never return to this location, much less contact them to share the feedback. I'm sharing the feedback here. Sonic should take my feedback and address it, which is what you get paid to do, instead of putting the onus on your customers.

Horrible customer service. We ordered ahead and still waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru line. After 20 minutes I decided to cut our losses and cancel our order for a refund for which I was not able to in the app. I had to go inside and ask how to do so only for the employees AND night shift manager Megan to say they had no idea how to give me my refund. Megan gave me a ton of attitude and finally had to call in their store manager Charles to give me my refund which I thought to be ridiculous and wasted even more of our time. Why have a manager when they are completely useless? A pretty terrible experience specially with a crying newborn and being hungry. A 5 minute trip turned into a 1 hour trip is never a good sign. The worst part, I was there for an hour and not once was I offered anything for my trouble and the store manager didn’t even care to know the details when he cashed. He just processed my refund and that was that.

Anyways, never going back even though their food is great when we actually do get it.

Who Me?

The sonic needs to be closed if there are only 2 people working and it takes 30 minutes to get a drink. Either hire more people or close this store. This is crazy and ridiculous

The dirty Dr Pepper’s and Red Bull drinks get me through my work day! The weekday crew is great. The GM Charles is incredible and always has a cheerful demeanor!

As a doordasher they refused to hand me the order through the drive thru, the black girl upfront is absolutely unorganized and cant multi task for nothing it been 37 mins now and havent received my order i couldve done 3 deliveries already

We have been at this location 2 times and both times we have been highly disappointed. The customer service is absolutely horrible the workers (Jennifer) clearly are unhappy working there and it shows.The both times we visited we have simple orders (sonic blasts) the toppings were at the top and the rest was ice cream.

Absolutely horrendous service sat at the window for 10 minutes finally an employee comes up and says “did we get your payment” not hey sorry for the wait has anyone taken your payment? On top of that she talked to us like we were stupid, then shoves our food bags at us Incredibly disrespectful. Need training on customer service. Will not be coming back to this location. If I could rate zero I would. May want a manager on shift who knows how to handle busy peak hours because this was a pathetic excuse to make up for an extremely long drive thru time. YOU WORK IN FAST FOOD DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANGER OUT ON YOUR CUSTOMERS BECAUSE YOU ARE SHORT STAFFED.

This sonics service is a disgrace. They need to make sure they understand what is an app exclusive vs what isn't. I would strongly advise not to order from this location unless you are ordering ahead through the app

Rude employee. Food comes out fast but they have sensitive employees working in there who seem bothered when you try to use the main entrance doors which are the ones that have wheelchair accessibility (they are locked for some reason) you have to use side door. There is no sign to indicate this by the way. Also they could ask politely instead of using obscene language. Basic professionalism and common courtesy seem to not be a thing here.
