Our order placed through the app took about 25 minutes to complete. The order was 3 drinks and one of them was incorrect.

Rude employee. Food comes out fast but they have sensitive employees working in there who seem bothered when you try to use the main entrance doors which are the ones that have wheelchair accessibility (they are locked for some reason) you have to use side door. There is no sign to indicate this by the way. Also they could ask politely instead of using obscene language. Basic professionalism and common courtesy seem to not be a thing here.
This location is extremely stingy with the food, they only put 10 sausage crumbles on my burrito. No way this is worth 4 bucks.

VERY rude customer service. the person taking our order in the drive thru was rushing us asking “anything else…anything else” after we had told her we needed a minute to look at the menu and spoke with such a bad attitude. Extremely unprofessional will not be returning to this location.

Literally have to wait 10 mins in the drive through to pick up order before someone even acknowledges you. I understand there may be short staffing/busy but you can at least acknowledge customers and let them know. So many customers behind me just left the line instead.
Wow! I have never seen a sit-down Sonic before this place. Super clean, amazing staff, and the only Sonic in my area now. Great service with the usual Sonic fare.

Horrible, wrong order, cold food. Even after returning the order, they still recreated the wrong order Again, Disgusting, refund requested.
FYI: This review, complaint, and another reslocation. Corporate has been done. They sent the complaint to the location. Nothing has changed, nor do I expect any change. All Irving sonics have become horrible since new management.

I know next time to avoid this location when I'm in this area. I ordered the featured bacon ranch fries and paid extra to add chili but I didn't get it the way I ordered it. They couldn't even crumble the bacon on the fries they took the easy route and put long strips on top smh. Just give me dog food i guess that's what I ordered idk ??♀️. I ordered a wacky pack for my kid and they didn't put in the apple juice. I ordered Honey Barbecue sauce to go with my burger and they did not have it in the bag and when I asked she barely wanted to get it for me and then she didn't even give me Honey Barbeque. I've been noticing at other locations too that they try and act like they don't even know that they have Honey Barbecue sauce unless you correct them. Only 2 Napkins in my bags after I ordered ice cream and a kids meal. Whoever did that is a genius. No fork to eat my queso fries because they thought I wanna get down and dirty. ? Was having a good day so I added a tip to my order and it backfired so lesson learned.

Don’t go to this Sonic. The general manager is rude. I waited in line for close to 15 minutes and placed an order and get to the window and I was $.10 short and he would not take a debit card and the rest in cash. The Sonic on Pioneer in Walnut Hill take two forms of payment when you pay at their kiosk so he just did not want to honor customer service. Very very rude. I will be putting in a complaint at the corporate office as well.

I placed an online order through the app (7/17) on my way to work. When I arrived at the drive-thru speaker, I was informed by Charles that the grill was not working. I asked if he could cancel the order. He instead offered for the inconvenience that he would honor my order if I would like to come back tomorrow morning. I agreed and left. The next day (7/18), I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker. I informed the employee about the incident that happened yesterday, and it was Charles again. He remembered who I was and the exact order. I pulled around to the window and was greeted by him. He apologized for the inconvenience and gave me my order, hot and well prepared. I appreciate the company and employees going above and beyond to the customers.
