This is my favorite Sonic!! The workers are so incredibly nice and personable. That’s enough to make choose this Sonic over others but on top of that it’s also serves the freshest food. Finally they are really good about getting you your order faster if you order ahead in the app!

I would give a zero if I could. The past two Sundays in the early evening we have dealt with the most incompetent staff I have ever witnessed.First Sunday, order a burger and say I ONLY want Bacon, Lettuce and ketchup. No cheese. Never got made properly. They remade the burger 4 times until I finally just tossed it back to the window and said forget it. Something had to have been wrong with allMembers of the staff. I get mistakes happen but 4 times and I look you in the eyes and build the burger for you and you still get it wrong? Come on.Now today, I didn’t even bother with the burger again as I knew it would be the same routine and I would shave years off of my life if I had to go through that again. So I order chilli cheese tots, mozzarella sticks, corn dog, ocean water, fries, cherry limeade.No modifications.Chilli missing on the totsNo marinara or ranch for mozzarella sticks even though I asked twiceReceived a regular water instead of an ocean water.Drive through worker could care less. Would rather continue to gossip a with her coworker and be on her phone.Please fix your staff on Sunday. There is never a time that we order our food and don’t have to go back through the drive through to correct it.

NEW PULLED PORK sandwich and tots were actually good for a burger place. I def recommend! I asked for extra bbq sauce though. I like my bbq saucey. I saw another review on that turtle sonic blast I had a while back. Definitely a waste of money. The candy is so hard it didn't blend well. And the employee I asked to tell me what all was in it got the description totally wrong. He said like turtle candy from the store. THAT IS NOT CORRECT!! It is praline toasted ALMONDS not pecans & caramel filled chocolate truffles. Both hard as a rock at least in the one I was served. Previous reviewSAVE YOUR MONEY !! peanut butter bacon Burger. Let's just say I took 1 for the curious team so that you don't have to. Ha! whoever in headquarters created this concoction needs a stern talking to!!! And the shake is peanut butter flavored ice cream with bacon pieces in it. Both are just Awful in my humble opinion.Twelve of my hard earned down the drain...Service at this location is great though.

I pulled up to the establishment not knowing they were closed at 8am on a Saturday… I drove around to the window and saw a guy he looked Indian he rudely waved me off… terrible customer service… a greeting “good morning were closed at the moment we open at 9am” would have sufficed but everyone else Ive encountered there have been nice whenever I go but he will be the reason I don’t go back

It smells like a toilet in the restaurant, literally. On top of that when you are allowed to go inside the floors and tables are very sticky. ?The booth seats smell of urine for some reason and there is always a random kid inside asking all the customers a bunch of questions.Management is 50/50 you never know what type of mood they are in.Vegetarian options: Tots, fries and relish?

And when I say TJ made me the best "pregnant shake" for my birthday today. I cannot stress enough how happy it made me to feel like someone cared. 10/10 y'all are never lacking at this one. Had to give him his credit though by name!

After receiving owner's posted response, i read through other posted negative reviews, which were most, i will never return to a Sonic. Each negative response received the same exact canned reply. Furthermore, telling the customer to spend more time "escalating" their dissatisfaction is illogical and to me an indication of institutional incompetence at that company. Waited several minutes but nobody was there. Used restroom, most dirty i have ever seen and i am old! Exited bathroom, still nobody a register so i left

This is probably the only Sonic that has no drive in, but compared to the others this is by far the better one. Speed of service varies by time of arrival, but seemingly are better than most that I've been to lately. Good quality here is really good and order accuracy has been really good.Now for my brutally honest opinion about some of the negative reviews here. 1. Let me see you get better quality good at any other quick service restaurants. 2. If you don't have time to wait in a long line, maybe you should make your own food and complain about your own time. The people here are nice and respectful and provide service for you, and you wanna gripe about how long the line is? How about this, go work in their place and hear about the complaints all day long while having a positive energy. Bet you won't last a day.As a former General Manager at a rival quick service restaurant, this location gets my praise and respect.Parking: Only Sonic with no drive in stalls (as far as I know)

Just left there 11/20 @1:30pm. Paid for my order and waited in the lobby for 30 minutes. Realized I wasting my time and left. There was one vehicle at the drive-thru and one other customer in the lobby when I left. The employees couldn’t care less.

I oder here almost every morning and the service is excellent. The African American gentleman that is usually there is very nice and personable, from the time he speaks on the intercom until you finish the transaction. I order through the app, so they usually bring it out so I don't have to wait in line which is also very nice. The hispanic gentleman is nice too, but he is quiet and I've never seen him smile, so he isn't as inviting as the other gentleman. Anyway, thank you all.Please note the previous review was for the afternoon/evening. The day/early morning experience is different.
