Terrible service. Slow.Waited 10 minutes before someone took our order. Then waited another 20 minutes, without getting our food. Decided to leave, because it was very apparent that no one was coming out anytime soon to bring us our order, or to even say "sorry for the wait."

On April 7th 6:30pm at night this sonic we think was ran by a bunch of teenagers. This Sonic was packed in the drive thur and in the side lanes. We waited 5-9 minutes in the drive thur with no one responding thur the intercom. We could see them inside and outside. Then we drove to the side and again took forever to get a response. It’s just a lot of immature people working there tonight and unacceptable behavior for a well know company.

Everytime I have came to this location the service is bad .. I work in restaurant and usually don’t do this but after today I felt like I should. I don’t thinkan adult works in the evening I literally waited for my food over 20 mins while watching the young guy play with I’m guessing his friend girls on the intercom he came out 3 or 4 times and then finally asked had we ordered.. then gave me the phone free doesn’t make up for the fact.. needs better management or something ‼️

Ordered two shakes. One smelled and tasted like expired dairy & the other had a large piece of plastic in the shake. If I had ordered with a credit card I definitely would’ve issued a chargeback. Take your business

I wish this one had a drive-thru! Grilled cheese was fresh, tots were greasy, hard and had that twice fried aftertaste.
EVERY single time i order Uber eats from this location they misplace something or it’s incorrect. I ordered Mozzarella sticks, and asked for EXTRA marinara sauce and not ONE was in the back. I ordered a pretzel and the cheese was suppose to come with it and didn’t. (Second time) already. The pretzel also tasted like it’s been sitting out and recooked, so it was hard and overcooked. This is not the type of experience i want and i never usually make reviews like this but this needs to be addressed and the team working needs to do better. This is ridiculous. I spent money on this just for my order to be incomplete, and incorrect.
