I ordered grilled cheese and pink drink online and when I went to go pick it up online, they said “we don't have any grilled cheese” and they wont give us a refund for the grilled cheese, instead, they told us to go to Starbucks help center to ask for a refund. Will never be coming back.

The lady at the drive thru window was rude. I felt like I was being rushed. Then she kept correcting me when I was ordering the medicine ball tea. I've ordered it multiple times and other locations and never had an issue. I won't be back.
I rarely go to this Starbucks but after today I know I’ll never go back, my husband who is not as familiar with Starbucks was trying to get the correct order from me and the other people in the car but it was his turn to order so he asked the person taking the orders in the drive thru to give him a second and the person said “ no sir” I found this extremely disrespectful I didn’t report it to the manager because we had a car behind us and I didn’t want to make them wait more than what they already had waited.

This place is our goto spot to get coffee anytime. We have been going here for more than 3 years now. Everything is nice and great about this place except the manager. Idk how she is even a manager here when there are other 5 people who can do better job than her. Also the "reconstruction " didn't do the work. The store is just small now and there is no place to seat if you are a group of 4 people or more. Just get that manager out lmao. She is just bad for business. Running mouth with no running hands.
