Has to be the rudest Starbucks I have ever been to. They all seem blah like you are bothering them. And quick to close the window. The atmosphere is horrible here so I will go where my money is appreciated.

I ordered through DoorDash and they did not deliver an item. I called to store and they said it was out of stock, now I can't get refunds bc it was their fault! Terrible customer service!

I actually love this place, however I went to get a drink I seen on TikTok that looked interesting. Online it looks like a smoothe or frozen drink, but when I got it, it was a liquid. It was ok, but not what I expected, was disappointed. The lemon loaf I got was amazing.

I ordered a Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato add extra caramel Drizzle and when I received it there was hardly any in there. This is the 4th time this has happened. I won't be coming there ever again.
