It seems they are busy on drive through. Finally someone talked to me but seems he lacks decency of customer. Need a training of Customer service.

I was very disappointed I only had $100 bill to pay and the staff advice me if I had something smaller then $100 I said no he asked the staff around and he said we don’t accept $100 I have never seen a sign stating Starbucks doesn’t accept $100.

Man yall did me dirty this morning with my blonde vanilla latte! I added 3 extra espresso shots to it so it was a 10.00 drink. It was horrible it tasted like old black coffee. And this is a drink I get most mornings so I’m not confused as to what it should taste like. But this happens more often than it needs too and the drinks are too expensive to be making subpar drinks.

I really enjoy going to this particular Starbucks about five or six times a week. The staff is always friendly and inviting. Excellent customer service!!

Back to the office so figured I would give this Starbucks a chance since it’s closer to the office. Big mistake on my end. I’ve been here several times (5x) and each time either the order was wrong, no breakfast sandwiches available (NONE!), the muffins were ice cold, the drinks were not full, or staff moved slow as molasses. Well today was the last straw. Muffins cold, drinks not full, my latte tasted like water. What is happening?! Arrival time: between 5:30-5:45a each time.

They will charge you EXTRA even when other Starbucks won't charge you. This location really don't have the customer service or the quality that Starbucks supposed to carry. What a disgrace for the Starbucks brand and their image.

Please do yourself a favor and go to the one on MacArthur across the street. This location is absolutely horrid. Uber selected this location by accident 3 days in a row. Each day my coffees was messed up on some new one. They forget ingredients they add stuff that you don’t ask for, they add ice when you say you don’t want any. If you have a signature drink, bet $5 when you get it from there it tastes nothing like it. I don’t even know why they opened this one.

I don't know why i keep returning to this location. They are so scatter brained. Every time I come here I feel rushed. As soon as I go to the drive thru it what can i get you to eat. So I ordered a Venti vanilla bean frap with strawberry puree and moca drizzel. and than i ask for a cheese danish and bacon egg bites. My frap was watery and i got spinach and peppers egg bites. I already made it to work and cant go back to get it fixed. stop rushing and listen. and make sure you are packing the right stuff.
