Please do yourself a favor and go to the one on MacArthur across the street. This location is absolutely horrid. Uber selected this location by accident 3 days in a row. Each day my coffees was messed up on some new one. They forget ingredients they add stuff that you don’t ask for, they add ice when you say you don’t want any. If you have a signature drink, bet $5 when you get it from there it tastes nothing like it. I don’t even know why they opened this one.

I don't know why i keep returning to this location. They are so scatter brained. Every time I come here I feel rushed. As soon as I go to the drive thru it what can i get you to eat. So I ordered a Venti vanilla bean frap with strawberry puree and moca drizzel. and than i ask for a cheese danish and bacon egg bites. My frap was watery and i got spinach and peppers egg bites. I already made it to work and cant go back to get it fixed. stop rushing and listen. and make sure you are packing the right stuff.

Unfortunately, I have to edit this from great. I only order one flavor coffee (through Uber Eats), White Chocolate Mocha. They were great when they first opened, but the coffee is not consistent in flavor. I ordered the same flavor about 3 weeks ago, and it was so bad that I tossed the whole thing. The flavor is never consistent, and sometimes, it just tastes terrible. The service was great and the atmosphere of the restaurant is great too. Just not the White Chocolate Mocha. REPLY: UberEats doesn't "make" the coffee. You do, at this Starbucks location. Again, the FLAVOR is not consistent and doesn't always taste good.

Stopped by here on my way to work, everyone was super friendly, coffee was great and came out quickly. Also pure random chance but a little old man drinking coffee said he liked my shoes, so 10/10 would recommend.

This isn't the finest Starbucks store. The service isn't really friendly or welcoming. There's no large community tables for working. The iced coffee isn't brewed properly: It's too weak and tastes like it's been stored in tea pitchers. Try the Starbucks on 114 and MacArthur instead.

Not really recommended. The tall man who served me was very unfriendly when he saw that he was Latino. A passivity preparing the order, it does not notify you that it is ready and leaves it there. Very unpleasant. I wouldn't go again.
