This staff seems overwhelmed and less aware than other locations. I literally saw two people come in, wait five minutes, and leave without ever being greeted this morning in a period of about twenty.
Unsure what or why, but glad my normal location is so on it.

The last 2 times I've gotten the double smoked bacon sandwich, and it is awful. The bread tastes old and stale and the bacon is way undercooked. I've eaten this sandwich for the last several years, but l will not be ordering it again.

This is the noisiest Starbucks i have ever encountered, staff were so annoying throwing thinks around coffee cups and slamming things making my experience worst than ever imagined on october 26 at around 2 pm,

This place has great customer service! My drink order was wrong but they fixed it up and made it right. I live close by and it gets super busy but the workers are always doing the best that they can.

Every single time I come here I tip. For what? Every single time my order is messed up. Today with my iced vanilla latte they didn’t even bother to put a drop of the standard sweetener. Ma’am I could have saved 6$ by getting shots of espresso alone. If I wanted to. Shut the whole place down. Fire everyone start over PLEAe
Be prepared to wait a long time for your mobile order. Nice people but felt disorganized. 25 min wait on pastries but coffee was ready within 5 mins.
Best Starbucks I’ve been to! Friendly, fast, and clean. I didn’t catch her full name, but the barista with black hair and the name starting with an “E” was so friendly this morning that it finally pushed me to drop a review.

This Starbucks has the best customer service team. I accidentally made an online order for a different store, so obviously when I walked into this location it was nowhere to be found. I explained the situation to Ms. B and she immediately remade my order free of charge. I just can’t put into words how appreciative I am of the staff at this location, they are an amazing group! By far the best Starbucks in the Metroplex

Compromised order yesterday, resolved today by customer service, came back today, very rude staff with insulting words, and offered a glass of water in a filthy glass with a bug on the top. Offensive speech was the entire time I was here today.
