It was already 530am time for it to open but still wasn't, no kind of food ready. Not even the lemon bread, employees looked like they didn't want to be there, I completely understand I worked at Einstein Bagels inside DFW Airport and I had to be at work at 430am cause we would open at 530am but for the reason we had to had everything fresh out, especially the food, if you are not a morning person you don't need an early job dealing with customers. Needs much improvement, especially in the a.m. Hours!

The staff was rude, I drove through the drive through and there was a not that I could partially read, I could read the speaker wasn't working so I drove to the window. I waited a little at the window a girl looked at me and just leaned on the counter like she didn't have any thing to do and did not help me. A different girl finally came to the window and said that I could come inside and order, I aske her why she couldn't take my order from the window and she said the register was too far from the window, mind you there was no one in the store it was pretty dead, the other girl was just leaning on the counter with nothing to do. They were JUST RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!. I've never had an experience like this at other Starbucks everyone is always so nice and so helpful.

So I’ve been going here for awhile, but recently there has been a (new to me) woman working in the drive thru. She is very rude doesn’t say thank you and will just stop talking completely at the drive thru. Today my coffee was placed in an online order. I got the pumpkin spice latte and it tased like black coffee with a splash of pumpkin and a chocolate cold brew which also tasted like plain coffee. I’m not sure what’s happened at this place but I most likely won’t return to this location because of this unpleasant, and unprofessional staff member. I will not say her name in order to remain professional in my review but I am hoping Starbucks takes some sort of corrective action and things are fixed. I am not used to going to Starbucks and receiving poor service everywhere else they are bright and joyful.

I love this location. The staff is always on top of things. They connect with their customers. I consistently experience unreasonable hospitality. Today I walked in and they were pretty busy with drive thru orders. John saw me and immediately had my drink in line before I even ordered.

estate sale

I’ve come in three days in a row to the same situation. I ordered coffee, that’s it and yet I’ve had to wait for it to be brewed. It’s 6:45am and the lobby isn’t busy. Also, being the only one here, the two employ vehicles are parked in the two prime parking spots and on a rainy day. That means their customers have to park further away. Not nice.
