This is a very nice Starbucks with plenty of sitting inside. It’s clean, new and the staff is friendly. However, I had to give it 3 stars in hope someone in a higher up position will take it seriously-the parking is atrocious! In the mornings there are multiple cars parked illegally and still, multiple times I have not been able to find parking at all. There is an empty parking lot directly across from the drive though but it’s blocked off for some reason-maybe it belongs to another building but for crying out loud, please do something about this parking situation!

Update: the gingerbread latte was so week not drinkable and this is what I'm talking about- not packing the two shots properly OR filling up too much with milk ruins it on top of that ginger shots were weak I buy this weekly there is just consistent weakness all around food stale, drinks are hit or miss and not reading tickets and when they cost as much as SB. charges it should be consistent ....... original: I live nearby - been a regular on the way to work(3yrs). This location is beautiful and they have had great crews. The last 6 - 8 months not so much. I order pick up live less than 5 minutes away order & leave. Hot drinks (Luke warm-tells me coffee or milk was not proper hot coming out). They are not efficient and I'm sorry to have to say that. I put don't warm and they still warm the food-they dont read instructions. I can't tell you how many times the food is stale or undercooked or overcooked. I assumed there is (standard instructions yet not followed) It's to the point I think thrice before deciding to even go there any more. Management if new get it under control if not new it's certainly not the standard Starbucks final product.

I love the Starbucks. The employees are the main reason why they are always smiling, always peaceful without being fake. In every order they put out, the window is right on point. I'm so glad I live right down. The street from this location, but even if I didn't, I would probably make it a point to come here. 🤩😘
