I love the Starbucks. The employees are the main reason why they are always smiling, always peaceful without being fake. In every order they put out, the window is right on point. I'm so glad I live right down. The street from this location, but even if I didn't, I would probably make it a point to come here. 🤩😘

I love coming to this location! Michael is always so upbeat and nice! And Lauren is also the sweetest person ever. I’m sure everyone else that works here is also amazing. Whoever runs this place really prioritizes customer service. Every order is always right and they’re the kindest people ever-every single time. I’d drive out of my way just to come here!

Solid new Starbucks layout. Everything came out quality and quick, as expected. Employees were mostly positive but you could tell they were a bit stressed on timing and forgot to smile.

I ordered through the app, but when I got there, the line was super long, and it took forever to get to the window. Then, my sandwich was cold and my frappuccino was all melted! It still tasted alright, though. This would be expected for $10 meal at McDonald's, but its $17 and Starbucks.

I don’t really go to Starbucks very often as coffee isn’t my thing but I had a gift card that needed to be used. When I do go to Starbucks, I go to the Victory Park location as it is close to work. I’ve only been to this location twice. It’s on my way in to work and can be a little more convenient. The first time I went there my experience was good but not today.

Last week I purchased a trenta strawberry aƧaĆ­ lemonade with no ice at Victory Park with no issues. When I went in to this location today to order the same drink I was asked if I just wanted my drink to the full line or if I wanted extra lemonade or strawberry aƧaĆ­. This caught me off guard as I have never been asked this before when I’ve ordered a drink without ice. I told the cashier I just wanted it with no ice but she insisted that I needed to order it with extra lemonade so I said okay. I asked if I was being charged and she said yes. Since I was needing to get to work, I said fine. After paying with my gift card I owed $1.10 which I paid in cash.

I didn’t wait long for my order but when I received it it was a pale red (like rose water) not the deep red of the drink I bought at the other location and it didn’t even have any strawberries in it. It looked like plain water with food coloring.

When I got the attention of the cashier who took my order, I said ā€œshouldn’t this have strawberries?ā€ and she took it and shouted at the girl who made it that she forgot the strawberries.

I guess between being charged an extra $1 for requesting an almost $8 drink ($7.85) without ice and then the order being wrong, I told her to just give me a refund. She said she would have to put the entire amount back on the gift card and I said okay but then I thought about it and asked her to give me back what I paid in cash and put the rest back on the gift card she said it couldn’t be done.

As I was leaving the store I heard her say to another employee, ā€œIt’s Monday and people get..ā€ I didn’t catch the last thing but heard enough to know she was venting to her co-worker. I turned and said ā€œexcuse me?ā€ because I didn’t want her to think she could talk that way within ear shit of a customer and get away with it. I came back towards the counter and asked her ā€œIt’s Monday and people get what?ā€ I asked her two times and she blatantly denied having said it. She said she just said ā€œIt’s Mondayā€ and that was it. She said it with such a straight face that I can tell lying comes easy to her. I think she may have been the MOD as she was dressed a little different from everyone else. She is a short, dark skinned woman no older than 25.

I then went to the location by my job, placed the order without any problem or additional cost and received the same drink I bought last week.

After reading reviews on here about the rudeness of the manager, I felt this is the best outlet as I don’t feel like dealing with another rude person from this store.
