Today I went to get a coffee while visiting and one of the baristas was so much more interested in talking to a nurse that just off shift that she couldn’t keep her hands out of mouth before making my drink. You should be ashamed of yourself, she clearly has never taken a food safer course

I hate that it’s had to come to the point where I have to leave a review on how unprofessional this location is I’ve come in multiple times and there is one Employee in particular that keeps having the same habits, she is a hefty Asian girl who consistently has her AirPods in as I’m trying to speak to her to correct my order she always has the most disrespectful attitude I think it’s very inappropriate to be having phone conversations while being on the clock in front of customers she is not the only employee on the phone please get your staff in order

My advice for the baristas here. Have compassion and be kind. Not only do hospital staff visit this location but also the family of patients at this hospital. The baristas are rude. When you tell them “thank you” loud and clear, they do not even look at you or respond. They look at you as if you’re an inconvenience to them. Definitely Not the level of service you expect. Just be kind. You have no idea what people are going through when they walk into your shop.

I recently visited the Starbucks location and had a very disappointing experience. How can you be a coffee shop with no coffee? The location was scheduled to close at 7 PM. I walked into the Starbucks at 6:30 PM, and they stated that they had no coffee available for sale. I just wanted a simple black coffee. The staff didn’t seem to care; it felt like they wanted to leave early. All they had available were water and soft drinks. This is unacceptable for a coffee shop. I won't be coming back to this location.

So, I have been ill since May, 2024. I have been pretty much homebound in excruciating pain and inside hospital to finally get an MRI. The coffee aroma was so alluring that I just had to go in for a cup. And while you're at it, throw in a slice of pumpkin bread to go. Coffee was perfecto but when I returned home, I wanted to eat the pumpkin bread. Couldn't!!! It was so old and.dried out! I called twice but no answer. That slice must have sitting in that case for days! Shame on the staff!!!!!!!!!!
