They minimize their ingredients therefore you get less and drinks don’t taste the same. Save your money and go to a different location to get what you actually paid for.

Nice, polite employees but they very much need more scheduled labor in the afternoons. Again, the employees clearly work hard and do a good job but the idea that only 3 employees can work the afternoon/closing shift is ludicrous especially when Starbucks has promotions. Give them another employee for the afternoon shift. Otherwise the ones who are present are going to be overworked, stressed, and Starbucks ends up with long drive-thru times.
Parking: The parking situation isn't great either because when the drive thru is full, it's almost impossible to pull out of a spot.

It takes a special kind of Starbucks worker to mess up a simple order like “venti cold brew.”
Really bad service I asked for a Grandi drink and they gave me a small and I had to re order plus they didn’t give me any receipt

New to me, my first visit I was welcomed like a regular. Enjoyed cool for summer morning on the north facing, nicely shaded patio with view of Taco Bell. Might be chill there when the north wind blows but great selection of seats for good days.

Watered down drinks and tasted horrible. I didnt even order for less ice or anything like i asked for a pink drink and i got a pantone 12-2906 “Barely Pink” Pink drink. (Actual shade was lighter than that) bc they watered ot down so mf much. The taste was like an actual pink drink breathed out in your direction and the essence of its breath ended up in a cup and was mixed with water. Like a pink drink farted and you were tasting its fart. And its not just for pink drinks, its for all refreshers. Idk about coffee since me and my friend didnt order any, but my friend got a strawberry acai refresher. Tell me why it came out pastel pink (HEX code: #FFD1DC) and tasted like just…water????? Where was the flavor? Not worth your money go to a different starbucks.

Visited this Starbucks this morning with a friend, and stood at the counter chatting for literally ten minutes with not a single acknowledgement from the staff, not so much as a hello or "be right with you." We left to find coffee elsewhere, extremely disappointed.

Customer service has fallen off a cliff with a new manager. Since it opened me and my wife and friends were in there three or four times a week. Sometimes more, and now this morning we literally stood there for 10 minutes, possibly 15 but no less than 10, and it was more than anyone could bother to. So to just say hi, will be there with you in a second. The new staff acts as if even acknowledging you is some kind of personal favor, and it is revolting.

I recently visited Starbucks and had a disappointing experience. My chocolate croissant never came out, and the service was rude. The baristas were too busy talking and joking with each other to pay attention to the customers. Overall, it was a very frustrating visit, and I won't be returning anytime soon.

I only come to this store because the one on 183 is temporarily closed. Every time I place a mobile order they start my order 5-10 minutes AFTER I arrive to pick it up. ??
I was trying to avoid the bad review since i'm a person who regularly goes here to pick up coffee for me and my family but this is the 2nd time this happens in this starbucks store. My sister ordered me a Caramel Ribbon Crunch and I received a regular Caramel frappuccino. Who ever is doing the coffee's inside needs to pay more attention to what they are doing. A Caramel ribbon crunch is made with dark caramel sauce not regular. I ask the drive thru lady to also add Crunch topping since it was handed to me with no crunch topping. I knew right away I received a regular Caramel frapp because no whip was also added at the bottom. I feel very dissappointed. I did not enjoy my drink once again.
