Very un polite, worst experience compared to a regular Starbucks experience. I paid for an extra bag for my honey citrus mint tea. Only to get a cold tea tasting like disgusting tap warm water. Starbucks is this tea with an extra bag. To complain the representative argues with me he can feel it, it’s warm.. and he tells me there was only two bags so that means I didn’t get my extra bag that I paid for in my fist order. If you’re ever in the area go to the one on 183.

Sometimes I wait there for about 2 to 3 minutes before I even get acknowledged. I think they might be understaffed or at least I hope.

The woman in the window was extremely rude. I was trying to ask why the total is different. I order the same thing everyday. She shut the windows in my face and gave me attitude. Then she told me to go read a Bible. And said to never tell her that she was raised wrong. That never came out of my mouth. I just told her that I didn't understand how the price was different. And I didn't even get what I ordered.

We came here recently for a special on Veterans Day for a free coffee for veterans. This Starbucks in particular has a lot a space in the seating area, good lighting and decor, and a usually quiet and enjoyable atmosphere. There is also plenty of merchandise, and an a good outdoor deck. The staff are friendly and eager take your order.
The service is efficient (we ordered and left in 10 minutes).
The beautiful holiday decor was also a bonus. In summary, this coffee shop is probably the best Starbucks we’ve been to for service, quality, and experience.

I placed a mobile order for Starbucks and it was supposed to be ready at 9:18 AM. When I arrived, it seemed like no one wanted to make drinks—everyone was focused on “cleaning” or making breakfast items instead. I waited until 9:45 AM before finally getting my order. It was really frustrating to watch multiple employees avoid the drink station while customers continued to wait. If this location is going to offer mobile ordering, they should prioritize completing the orders on time or communicate delays. Very disappointing experience.

While we waited on our order the girl making it was eating food and making our drink. Thats just gross, and it was the strawberries she was putting into our drink she would sneak one or two before making the drink and then during the drink. Then after the drink she did it again. A mouth full of food she didnt even call the name. Luckily we were the only ones who just ordered.

Placed an online order and went up to the front to order an iced water in a cup. The barista told me I’m not able to, and have to pay for bottled water … I noticed a drive-thru order had iced water in a Starbucks cup , and pointed it out to her and asked why can’t I just pay to have it in a Starbucks cups, to her response was shaking her head and telling me I’m not able to and have to order something’s I told her I placed an online order and then she agreed to give me the iced water . Of course I could have placed it through the app, but was not able to configure it out. Didn’t realize Starbucks changed its policy to have to order something just to get tap water in a cup ….

They minimize their ingredients therefore you get less and drinks don’t taste the same. Save your money and go to a different location to get what you actually paid for.

Stop asking me if I want breakfast!!! I don’t, I come to Starbucks for overpriced coffee, don’t need overpriced breakfast. Thanks

Nice, polite employees but they very much need more scheduled labor in the afternoons. Again, the employees clearly work hard and do a good job but the idea that only 3 employees can work the afternoon/closing shift is ludicrous especially when Starbucks has promotions. Give them another employee for the afternoon shift. Otherwise the ones who are present are going to be overworked, stressed, and Starbucks ends up with long drive-thru times.

Parking: The parking situation isn't great either because when the drive thru is full, it's almost impossible to pull out of a spot.

It takes a special kind of Starbucks worker to mess up a simple order like “venti cold brew.”
