Placed an online order and went up to the front to order an iced water in a cup. Nice, polite employees but they very much need more scheduled labor in the afternoons. Again, the employees clearly work hard and do a good job but the idea that only 3 employees can work the afternoon/closing shift is ludicrous especially when Starbucks has promotions. Give them another employee for the afternoon shift. Otherwise the ones who are present are going to be overworked, stressed, and Starbucks ends up with long drive-thru times.
