We arrived forty minutes before closing. Roy told us he could not make what we ordered because he had already cleaned up and said his manager allowed him to close early if it was slow. We were refused service despite being well within business hours. Completely unacceptable.

This location’s closing time is listed as 8pm. They NEVER close at that time, it is always closed by 7:30 or earlier. Something needs to be done. They also need better training, i go in for a drink and its extremely sweet and no caffeine ….

They only have 1 espresso machine and their staff is untrained as well. Came in the morning for 2 drinks, and only left with 1 of the drinks. Had to leave without the other drink so I wouldn't be late to work, and didnt even get a refund for it. 🙃
