After the discrimination that happened at the Starbucks of this location on behalf of the Starbucks manager towards Latino community is a shame. Times have changed but it seems that it’s coming back. It was not a joke! There is so much unjustness that’s going on towards immigrants and other ethnicity that is not accepted is so absurd. Thankfully it has not happened to me personally but I can’t stand injustice towards any other person therefore I will no longer come here or shop at any Target and Starbucks. You no longer have my money in your pockets. I hope your corporations apologize and penalize bad employees. Remember many of us that are upset are whom give you lots of business!

The barista/ lead by the name Nani wrote a racist message to a customer on a Starbucks cup. Tells you everything you need to know about this location. No paying customer should have to deal with ignorant baristas. Just Disgusting!

My Hispanic friend has recently went to a Starbucks with her kids and has bought 4 drinks and her drink says this ….
Like is this supposed to be a joke or what I don’t find it funny or amusing it’s just plain disrespectful especially because the one who wrote it is the “manager”

Staff was nice but unfortunately no customer satisfaction when it comes to not having everything as advertised in the actual drink and still charging the same amount. This is not excellent customer service. My son was very excited to have this new drink for the first time and not having the bubba/bubbles got him very disappointed. I’m not happy that they didn’t even gave me a discount as courtesy for not having every ingredient as advertised on the picture.

I wish I got her name! She was on the shorter side, Mexican/darker complexed and was very pretty! She recommended a drink for me and went above and beyond with her customer service!I’m not usually a social person but she was calm and welcoming (:I tried to come back after getting cash to tip her but her shift ended ):Definitely my best Starbucks experience

?? everyone can't blend a drink and make it taste good I guess. Definitely won't give this starbucks a 3rd try. Tried a year back and for some reason I guess when they see me they say, " serve it regardless". I'm not the one to go back and forth about my food/drinks...for safety reasons ofcourse, but I won't give them another opportunity to disappoint.
