I wish I got her name! She was on the shorter side, Mexican/darker complexed and was very pretty! She recommended a drink for me and went above and beyond with her customer service!I’m not usually a social person but she was calm and welcoming (:I tried to come back after getting cash to tip her but her shift ended ):Definitely my best Starbucks experience

?? everyone can't blend a drink and make it taste good I guess. Definitely won't give this starbucks a 3rd try. Tried a year back and for some reason I guess when they see me they say, " serve it regardless". I'm not the one to go back and forth about my food/drinks...for safety reasons ofcourse, but I won't give them another opportunity to disappoint.

This far by the worse Starbucks I have been to,I ordered a small coffee (DISGUSTING,NASTY,HORRIBLE,NOT SWEET AT ALL)8 in 8 liquid sugar it sounded as if there was a new bottle was needed ,double smoked bacon sandwich due to them not having the turkey egg white that is being FALSELY ADVERTISED,I asked cashier could I substitute the egg for eggwhite she stated oh we can't do that,I said ok I paid and she asked me did I want a receipt I told her yes and she stated I will have that right out for you,at this point she tells I have to call management to get receipt,now I have to wait for her to pull my receipt which was at least 15 min , remind you there was only 1 person ahead of me in line so it wasn't any distractions!Train your workers on how to make coffee as requested instead of half doing the job!,This type of service is worth zero stars I only put 1 because I had to.Such a disgrace to serve something that you didn't care about making in the first place!

I asked for a latte and they gave me half a glass and I asked him to please look at how low it was and he told me he couldn't do anything. I am very indignant because that is not customer service. The truth is I'm leaving the place very discouraged. ?
