Came to the counter - I’m the only one there and two girls just ignored me and kept chit chatting. Finally she came over and I said “are you open?” She said yes and took my order which is the simplest at Starbucks - a tall black coffee. Then she gave it to me without a sleeve - I picked it up and was about to ask for one but asked her why it was barely warm. She quickly took it back and was giggling with the other girl. I walked away without waiting for the coffee. Horrible customer service. This was a first. I hope Starbucks will replace those two.

Usually Starbucks foams their milk kind of weird, but the drink I got here was really well made and didn't have that weird foam texture. Barista was Sara.

Bad customer service. The drink not make good. They charge me $.25 for cup of ice water. I am the credit card membership with startbucks and I never get charge to get a cup of ice water!
