Fantastic location and staff, however, this location and the starbucks app aren't in sync. You cannot order using the app at this location or it doesnt match what they provide. They mentioned they've had consistent trouble with it, so you do have to order in person when here. It isn't a good pickup spot to grab and go fast.

Ordered ahead and my drink was ready several minutes after. I saw them run out of syrup for my drink t they just kept making the drink. Of course it didn’t taste good since they did not use all of the ingredients. I asked them to add some syrup and they did not seem like they wanted to help.

I’ve been to many sbux locations throughout the country and this has to be the SLOWEST Starbucks service ever. Mobile orders 15-20 minutes prior to not ready. In store orders longer. I’ve never left a review for a sbux location but had to on this one so ppl aren’t running late. Order 30 mins before and you might get it on time….

3 out of 5 stars experience for me. They're typically nice and quick, but my drinks seem to always look.. Sad. I ordered a venti to get more drink, but it seems like I paid venti price for a tall.. Guess that's why it's about a .20-cent difference in cup sizes.. The staff added cute little stickers to my drink! That was cute and nice :) I attached a picture of my drink from my last visit. I hadn't even taken a sip out of it, and my venti matcha with whipped cream was given to me like so.. ? I mean, the drink is like half way with ice, and the whipped cream is the other half. This is a venti? Might as well go to Dutch Brothers or somewhere else where they do fill your cup for similar or lesser price.

I ordered the double smoked bacon, egg, and cheddar croissant and got a sausage, egg, and cheddar English muffin. I ordered a venti caramel Frappuccino and got a cappuccino. Putting this in the “didn’t even try” category.
Lady mopping floor at 8:10pm screamed at me only because I was looking at menu while she was mopping. Worst experience inside a Starbucks. Won't return.
