Due to my entrapment in the nightmarish cosm that is corporate America I am unfortunately resigned to order from this location which has somehow managed to perfect a matcha that is equal in bittterness to that of their manager. The ladies who work there are delightful but maybe if their manager actually treated them with kindness it would come through in the matcha.

Fantastic location and staff, however, this location and the starbucks app aren't in sync. You cannot order using the app at this location or it doesnt match what they provide. They mentioned they've had consistent trouble with it, so you do have to order in person when here. It isn't a good pickup spot to grab and go fast.
Ordered ahead and my drink was ready several minutes after. I saw them run out of syrup for my drink t they just kept making the drink. Of course it didn’t taste good since they did not use all of the ingredients. I asked them to add some syrup and they did not seem like they wanted to help.
