I was craving a ice vanilla latte made with breve and two cheese danish. However, when I got my order, it was not a ice latte made with breve. It was a hot latte, the gentleman correct my order I picked it up and proceeded to head home upon arriving to my house, finishing the latte 5 AM, I was throwing up and diarrhea at the same time I would not recommend this Starbucks when I look back at my cup with the remaining beverage in it I can clearly see the brave had gone bad It was spoiled sitting right there in the cup clumps of spoiled cream

If I could give them a lesser rating I would. I ordered a dirty blond chia tea latte. What I got was hot water and a splash of milk. Unfortunately I had an appointment in Dallas and could not return back until after my appointment. I tried calling but they keep their phone on busy so no help there. Also the service is extremely slowwww. Never again. I will just have to drive further to either Tom Thumb, Kroger or one of the other locations off of 635 like I always do. This is what I get for not following my instincts about this location. Ugh! Waste of good hard earned money!!!

First time visiting this store in the area. Not so pleased with my visit. After dropping off my father for a doctor visit/check up and planning to come back. I put down a mobile order for my drink. I normally do an iced beverage but with the cold front, I went for a hot version. I waited a little longer to walk in past the designated pick up time. I walked in and realized it wasn’t ready, so I waited patiently. The store wasn’t busy and maybe less than three people waiting on drinks/food to be made. Once I noticed it was made (not calling my name), I grabbed it and it felt too light in weight. I got in my car, took the lid off and the photo is what you see, almost more than an inch from the top. I couldn’t go back since I had to be ready for my father’s pick up time.

One of the worst to coffee I have tasted in my life. I asked them to add 2 more pumps of mocha, still the coffee tastes like drinking hot water with whip cream. it's like a worst coffee ever made .i threw it away infront of them in the bin. I have gone here plenty of times not even 1 time I have got satisfied. I'm planning on not visiting here again ever.
