Ordered Matcha Latte as I always do and it just tasted like plain soy milk. Asked to remake, but as I was explaining, all 7 or so employees all stopped what they were doing and stared at me. (Which was so unnecessary?!) and the lady proceeded with stating that “it will only taste the same since they all follow the line to fill soy milk”. Apparently different starbucks locations have different lines for ingredients? And even if they don’t, how can they be 100% certain that all the baristas always follow the exact recipe? Because it clearly doesn’t look/taste the same. I’m spending money for this drink, if it doesn’t taste right, of course I will ask them to remake. I just want what I paid for- Won’t be returning to this location again

been going to this starbucks for a while now, i don’t know if the staff is new butttt yall do i even need to explain??? like this is common knowledge as a food industry person to never send something out looking like this. so disappointing. not even a napkin?? lol
I’ve never been to this Starbucks and it’s completely out the way of my commute, but the energy from the 10/16/25 staff was impeccable. Everyone seem so happy and bright and very personable, addressing their regulars by name upon entering the store!!! I love that type of customer service!!!!💚💚💚

The slowest Starbucks in DFW. This place has to have the longest wait I have ever experienced. Not sure if it's an Irving thing or if they are understaffed. Should take 10 mins for a Large Black Coffee
