Terrible service, went through the drive thru the first drink I ordered wasn’t placed even after she repeated the order back got up to the window and when I asked for the drink they said I needed to get back in line a re-order it? There was already 4-5 cars behind me! The whole purpose of the drive thru is for convenience! On top of that the kids working there were extremely rude and laughed about the situation. Definitely never coming back to this specific location.

I go to this Starbucks every single morning for the most part and couple people on the staff are so friendly. They know my name order etc… (I wish I knew their names) but this location is CONSISTENTLY out of cold brew. I don’t understand why this is such a common thing, I work in the industry so I get it happens sometimes but cold brew is one of the most popular things to drink these days and it is always out. Never fails so start my day off bad, I just go to the one 5 minutes up the road across the highway and they have it every single time. Don’t want to change my daily location but the next time they don’t have CB will be my last

Do not come to this establishment the starbucks employees stole a animal bird from customer that goes to Ranchview high school i think its very saddening that they will take a bird from student and not give it back when asked politely.They found it in the restroom and the assistant manager pretended like she didn't know anything about it and that she didn't work that day that was a lie. The animal was missing at 4:30. we came back to at 5:00 to ask for it back but couldn't speak to the manager or anyone who was in managing roles.

Terrible place employees steal an animal bird from a customer and never returned it back to the rightful owner I believe the first and 2nd shift had a lot to do with it and just very poor establishments to take a customer animal I give a really bad review on this place for the manager not taking ownership and not taking it to high considerations of giving it back I don’t recommend anyone coming here ! We are fighting everyday for what this Starbucks location has done !

10/10 to the team that works on weekdays in the morning. You guys are amazing and a great representation of this company and its values. I had one mix-up a few Saturdays back, but this still does not detract from your amazing service.

The team at this Starbucks is incredibly friendly and accommodating. We requested a popular Frappuccino that was recently removed from the menu, and they did an excellent job recreating it to match exactly what we asked for. I truly appreciate their patience and effort—it made our visit extra special!

I always order the same coffee there is only one person who serves me very well a Muslim woman with beautiful eyes the rest of the staff is horrible the other time I asked for a large white chocolate mocha and they give it to me small or medium and I told her to order a large one and the annoying woman told me to go back to the line and order a large one that's why I don't go back there I better do it at my house

I believe mornings are a peak time for Starbucks, so having a full and coordinated team is essential. I was frustrated after waiting a long time for a simple cup of coffee, only to be overlooked. When I expressed my frustration, I was told to 'calm down,' which felt dismissive and unhelpful. Do better team!
