This isn’t the ONLY location doing this… but I usually get Venti Carmel Machiatto and it comes watered down. Not sure if this is the new norm. But I spend a lot of money with Starbucks for them to save money- this is a joke! I expect excellence from Starbucks!

Poor service for a Starbucks benchmark. Short on staff. Short on trained staff. The coffee doesn’t taste as good on this location. The staff is busy chitchatting amongst themselves and their friends who visit. Non staff (friends ) enter and service area / pantry to help themselves with coffee . How safe or hygienic is that?

Ordered for a chai latte through drive thru took me 20 mins in line this was evening around 5 pm, asked for a simple stopper they did not have that I said okay, driving further towards home I tasted my drink, it was a cafe latte, went back in store , asked them to change the drink or refund my money, they took 30 mins to give me a new drink, asked if they have a cup sleeve, they are seriously overstaffed and inexperienced folks, I don't get it , why run a Starbucks if you are always out of stock with drinks , making mistakes in drinks, long hours of wait

Did a mobile app order and the 3 drinks were not ready until 30 min after the pick up time. The 2 frapps were missing the espresso shots and toppings. We heard the guy making the frapp asking his coworker what’s the topping to use and they said they don’t know so he just turned around and told us the topping is not available

I was at the drive-thru this morning and a very sweet cashier/barista named Paige did an exceptional with her customer service. The line was short, and I had to wait barely any time - and instead of Paige shutting the window, she kept it open and asked "Are you going to work?" And I thought the sincerity and genuineness was so great for her to actually care about my day. It was a nice start to the day!I know Paige said she was about to go on holiday, so hopefully this praise will get to her! Thanks so much for making my day!
