I ordered an iced coffee with a little bit of half&half. When I got my drink, it was white with way too much cream! I tried it and it tasted like mostly cream. I mentioned it to the barista who made my drink that there was too much cream, so she remade it again and it looked and tasted exactly the same. She explained to me how she made the drink with a certain amount of espresso to cream and I asked if she was making an Iced coffee. Apparently the label said Cappuccino.
So she went to make the iced coffee and again she put in a little bit of iced coffee and filled up the rest with cream. I told her it wasn’t an iced coffee, but she insisted they were the same. Anyone knows an iced coffee is not a cappuccino. So I had to tell her an iced coffee is a full cup of iced coffee with cream. In total, it took her 4 tries to make the iced coffee. I don’t know who is in charge of training these employees, but they need to be properly trained! I dont blame the barista for not knowing, but I won’t be coming back here.

I’ve literally never left a negative review on anything in my 35 years of life, but whoever the guy was that worked there this morning went so out of his way to be hateful that I guess I can go out of my way too. I completely understand having a bad day or tragedy happens or maybe he’s just neurodivergent - but you know what, ME TOO, and I still manage to not treat people like they’re trash, even on my worst days. I got myself a coffee and then a cake pop for my daughter, no communication, just rang it up (over $7.00 but whatever) and I paid. I could TELL he was having a bad morning/day/end of shift so I was overly polite cuz I felt bad for the guy. But after getting my coffee we waited for the cake pop while he started making coffee for the next person. A line starts forming and we need to get going, so I stood at the serving bar obviously needing something. He set the next persons coffee there, completely ignored me, so I just kind of awkwardly but politely said “cake pop?” because I definitely didn’t want to stand in line AGAIN for something I already paid. Completely ignored me and went to the next person. Made their drinks as I stood there for a few more minutes, getting impatient, not sorry lol, but still pretty polite. He then set those on the serving bar and I said “We’re still waiting on the cake pop” even though he was obviously trying to keep ignoring us and I don’t even know what he mumbled, but he went to the back and came out with a container of milk for the other persons coffee. We never did get my kid’s cake pop. I was embarrassed and uncomfortable so we left. It was by far the most hateful interaction I’ve ever had and I don’t know why.

This morning around 11:30AM, I was at target and needed a coffee so badly but there was this one girl at counter she wasn’t listening to me at all even though there were no customers at all, she was just heating some egg bites that’s it. She is so rude, I tried to call her multiple times but never listened and came to take my order, I waited for like 15mins, she was so rude and annoying. She has no respect for people, she is such a bad and worst person to work at any place.

Something weird going on here. Hailey was skipping orders and not doing them in order. I was the only one waiting for a few minutes before she even came up to say "I'll be right with you." Smh. So hard to do, I guess?! Line begins to get longer behind me when Christian comes up and just takes an Asian lady's order who was not in line, skipping over the rest of us... Privilege. He seemed like he hates his job and when I asked him if we were standing in the right spot he just started at the counter top and didn't respond. So I asked him again and he replied, "yes, you were in the right line and yes, you were here first." Sarcastically. No my bad nor apology. Terrible customer service and my strawberry cream frappuccino was bland and tasteless.

I ordered a frappuccino and a double shot of espresso on the side but i wasn’t clear enough & they put the double shot in my drink. Hailey, who seemed like she was on break, overheard me and my mom talking about it and got up and offered for them to just make the double shot without us getting in line again. She looked like management but idc promote her and give her a raise she went above and beyond !!!!

I've been here 3 times. I ordered a carmel Frappuccino every time. I thought it was just me the first time. But the second and third time I realized it wasn't. The drinks made me sick. So I went to a different Starbucks and ordered the same drink and I did not get sick. I will not go back to that Starbucks.

I was in Target and saw this really cool mermaid tumbler at Starbucks. Upon check out, I pulled the price sticker off and asked cashier to please throw it away for me. She declined and showed me the trash bin. I asked her if throwing away the price sticker was outside customer service. She directed me to the customer service desk at Target. The manager at the service desk said he would check and see if she was having a bad day.If this makes me a Karen, then I'll strive to be the best darn Karen I can be.

I am currently standing in line after asking 3 diffrent people for a cup of ice. And all 3 of these idiots while still serving ice in other drinks tells me they are waiting on more ice. At the same time didn't ask for a name of order and gave me the wrong order. I HATE IT

Cashier decided to ignore us for no reason, or should it be because we were Latinos? She seemed fine talking to white people. Stood there for a good ten minutes not even I’ll be with you in a minute, absolutely wrong and it felt very awkward to be treated this way in-front of other customers, made us felt extremely discriminated against. This happens on 4/2/24 at 12:30 pm inside the Target Starbucks. I will never even think on stopping there for anything. As a well known business you should look into it, it seems rather to be the norm in this place, I have seen it before just never experienced such thing.Francisco Jaramillo

I don't know what possessed me to buy pastries at Starbucks today after previously being disappointed by the poor quality of their pastries and customer service.*Long story short: I was in a rush this morning, purchased a couple of items at Target, and bought a croissant and cheese Danish at Starbucks (against my best judgment). Needless to say how DISAPPOINTED & REGREATFUL I was*Starbucks, I understand we're all feeling the inflation wrath. However, if you guys decided to entirely change your Cheese Danishes & Croissant recipes, you should've thought about changing the name of these pastries as well.1) What makes a Danish pastry is its butter, flaky Danish dough. Starbucks' Danish pastries are bread in the shape of a Cheese Danish. Same for their croissants (simply awful!).

The barista Sapphire was an absolute angel today. I had misread my order receipt and she made sure to help me right away. She was extremely patient, and did so with a smile on her face. Starbucks needs more people like her!
