I don't know what possessed me to buy pastries at Starbucks today after previously being disappointed by the poor quality of their pastries and customer service.*Long story short: I was in a rush this morning, purchased a couple of items at Target, and bought a croissant and cheese Danish at Starbucks (against my best judgment). Needless to say how DISAPPOINTED & REGREATFUL I was*Starbucks, I understand we're all feeling the inflation wrath. However, if you guys decided to entirely change your Cheese Danishes & Croissant recipes, you should've thought about changing the name of these pastries as well.1) What makes a Danish pastry is its butter, flaky Danish dough. Starbucks' Danish pastries are bread in the shape of a Cheese Danish. Same for their croissants (simply awful!).

The barista Sapphire was an absolute angel today. I had misread my order receipt and she made sure to help me right away. She was extremely patient, and did so with a smile on her face. Starbucks needs more people like her!

The staff here is so sweet and very attentive on ensuring my drink order is correct. Honestly, I feel like they make drinks consistently better than most Starbucks out there, they truly listen to my requests. I always look forward to getting a coffee here now during my target shoppings.

They are so slow and rude. It’s Jan 2 and white girl in there was so rude. She was literally skipping people while taking orders. Even tho I had just spent $150 in this Target, I left because I couldn’t get service at the Starbucks smh

Service is poor. Ambiance is okay. Low on staff all the time. Keep people waiting for more than 20 mins. Order ahead is not allowed here. Not a great choice to stop here. Foods and drinks are same standard. Testing your patience. I personally feel waste of time buying from here.

I was here earlier around 6:30/7:00 and ordered a salted caramel cream cold brew. BE WARNED!! They make it with Oleato in this location. So you get what you didn't ask for. I had went one other time and they did the same thing. I was so busy today with shopping that I forgot this location doesn't serve JUST what I want but instead gives the Oleato option WITHOUT asking if that's okay with you. I just got home and took a sip and..OLEATO. Not everyone wants olive oil with their drink, if I did I would've asked. But they rather ASSUME. If I could give a one star I would. Never again! Waste of, not only time, but money. Two young ladies that served me.

These people here can't be any slower. I think even a snail would be faster. And let me tell you it's not for a lack of employees. At least 4 behind the counter. Took them 5 mins to serve 3 people.

So i’m a vender who provides service to starbucks. while waiting for a target member of management i decided to place a order. i immediately change my mind because the barista Joesph started to pick his nose right in front of me and when i asked him to stop he looked at me like WHAT!!!! I know young people need jobs to but what happen to cleanliness and customer service and who is teaching them. That was Nasty please beware of Joseph SMDH………

Was standing in line waiting for the barista to let me know she was ready and another customer just walked up and she started helping him. Rude to say the least. Wasn’t acknowledged and then skipped over. I would not recommend this Starbucks.

I ordered cappuccino small and caramel macchiato small. They literally served 4-5 sips of coffee qty. felt like just weight of coffee cup that’s it. Extremely unhappy with the service of qty. $4 for 4 sips of 1 coffee ?
