recently visited this coffee shop and was impressed by the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff – they really made the experience enjoyable. However, I think a drive-thru option would make it much more convenient, especially for busy customers. While the coffee was good, the prices felt steep, even considering the price structure this chain is known for. Overall, excellent service, but the high prices might not justify frequent visits.

I ordered through the app way ahead of time. ETA for drinks to be ready was 1:01 via mobile order. I arrived at 1:01 and my drink wasn’t anywhere to be seen. They SEEMED busy so I gave them grace. It was 1:15 and still nothing, I asked the front if they got my order nicely and they were like we are working on that. 1:20 and still no drink.
Employees seem to have no sense of urgency and a little entitled to be honest.
I don’t think I’ll be stopping here anymore and it wasn’t during a super busy time either. Also I really wanted to check this Starbucks because it’s new but new doesn’t always mean better.
Looked like there were plenty of employees.

I love grabbing a drink to sip on while I do my shopping here. I always order on the app and it’s usually ready by the time I’ve walked over from the other side of the store :) they don’t make lots of mistakes here, though sometimes the waits are a little long since there’s usually only one person working the stand. I don’t mind the wait too much, but maybe there’s a staffing issue.

The cashier (Robert) is very rude and he is attending to his personal calls rather than helping me out. Not following FDA regulations to clean the used juicer containers. Not clean and aggressive.
