The cashier (Robert) is very rude and he is attending to his personal calls rather than helping me out. Not following FDA regulations to clean the used juicer containers. Not clean and aggressive.

You would think when paying seven dollars for a drink and you ask for light ice they would honor that but instead they give you a cup of ice with a splash of coffee it's ridiculous the price you're paying and they are not giving you what you're asking for. It clearly states that I ordered a shaken espresso with light ice ... I don't know if they were trying to be funny but they gave me a cup full of ice. I am a regular customer and they've done this numerous times....sad

So I went to this starbucks today ..ordered mocha cookie tall 2 of them told strictly to add decaf shot and a matcha tea but the guy robert the barrista was least interested in understanding the order and more interested in his phone, just skipped to payment and Gave 3 worst frappe of my life with too much espresso in them that U puke. What on earth are U doing...if U cant do this job properly please quit. Dont just waste peoples hard earned money. !!!

Sales person name Adriana. She wipes the wet floor with some nasty spills. Then, she didn't wash her hands and start making coffee. I told her and still continue it. I left and didn't get my order. She needs to get trained!

Rude staff with Horrible service, and the size of drinks is not meeting the requirement.

Visited just after opening and there was only one associate. Ordered the breakfast sandwich for 2 which totalled to $8 and tried to order a decaf pumpkin spice but she advised that she didn't know how to make it, really?? Also out of the cheese Danish which was a bit annoying. Visited the Kroger bakery instead which had more baked choices for a better price.
