Said my order 3 times and still got it wrong, glad they at least remade it.
Called ahead this morning asking for a catering order. When asked when it was needed, I said as soon as possible since my grandmother had just passed and I was trying to take over coffee for all the family members present and mourning. I went to pick up my order and the sweet girl in the front handed me the coffee (with lots of extras) and said it's all on the house. She was kind and even left a sweet message on a cup. It's people like this that truly make a difference and help restore my faith in humanity. There is good in this world (and at this Starbucks location) :)

Im sure the people here are working hard but every time I come in here they always forget something and I have to then remind them to finally get my order.
If I could give this store zero stars I would. Do not waste your money at this location, ESPECIALLY anytime that isn't the morning on a week day . I work next door and am in need of a pick me up but it NEVER fails that my order is made completely wrong or for instance one time made wrong and another drink on my order never made at all while all the young employees stood around on their phones watching me wait to receive my order. It took them 30 minutes even after I said something when at least 15 minutes had passed by. And no one moved . I'm so upset that I went back today because I have another double shift and my lava der matcha tea is completely botched.

Have had to meet here a couple times for a quick meeting. Not a video meeting, a face to face. And the music each time has been so loud you cant talk sitting face to face.
Otherwise, service is great, no order problems, they are fast. Just so loud you can barely think or talk to someone.

They have been closing consistently at 8:30 and refuse service after. Why pretend to be open till 9? Just change the time online then.
