I been here for the first time and placed a mobile order for pick up via drive thru. Firstly, I’m sorry for whoever is working on Black Friday at this store, please don’t if you don’t want to work. I got my coffee, and breakfast sandwich and on my way. I tried to take a sip but all I tasted was the milk froth and literally the grande was 50% empty and the foam is filled to half of the cup and even though I added extra hot to my order, it’s not even warm. The caramel macchiato tasted nothing like caramel macchiato!! I didn’t bother driving back since I hit the highway already. I checked my breakfast sandwich and as I suspected the sandwich is not properly warmed and the bread is literally wet like a cake. I’m not going to this store again.

First time visit to this location and the service experience was, in a word, petty. Wandered in there with a gift card I needed to use on my too-short lunch break, so I'm not a typical Starbucks customer. Wasn't greeted, waited patiently in the seating area indoors, no one bothered to call my name. After 20 plus minutes, I finally found the "abandoned orders" area by the cashier. I really loved the straight faces I got on my way out. No smirks. Would have given a 5 star for that performance. To a tee, all these service personnel were just ....petty and unnecessarily so.
The environment in the restaurant was chill and pleasant though. Parking lot was a bit tight but manageable. Food was cold and leathery and overpriced. But that might my biased sentiment at my poor service treatment. I will not be going to back to that location again to find out.

There’s a reason this Starbucks has 4 average stars. It’s one of the better ones I’ve ever been too and the staff is incredible. The young lady working today has a great attitude and just positive tone that you don’t get in customer service anymore. This store is doing it right.

I used to love this store. It's been awhile since I've been by, but I came to get some work done Friday. They made my drink which was tasty, but since they never called that any drink was ready at the handoff station I waited for awhile before realizing it was already made. Minor issue.

The shift lead was beyond obnoxious speaking loudly across the store to the other barista behind the bar, completely bashing other co-workers and working conditions. I tried not to pay attention, but I gathered they were trying to get other staff members to make a written statement against I presume another authority figure.

Came in via drive thru on Sat 9-14. Waited for over 10 minutes to place an order. There was 1 vehicle in front of me, and they were waiting to order as well. When I finally got to the window, I asked to speak with a manager because I'm being asked to pay 7.50 for a grande drink. I asked if they used the button for a half shot of espresso (which a manager at another Starbucks store alerted me to) and half the cost. The manager, a woman with short blonde hair and glasses was beyond rude and told me in a very condescending tone that no such button existed! I was taken aback by her tone and told her she could keep the drink and after waiting over 10 minutes I didn't want it anymore. This woman then started lecturing me that the car in front of me had a broken arm and how dare I be so cruel! First of all, that had absolutely nothing to do with the length of our wait, and oh NO, I will not allow some rude woman to lecture me and talk down to me when she was wrong. This was a wake up call to me that I don't need to be giving my money to a company that can be so very disrespectful to its customers! Judging from some other reviews here, this store has a history of rude and unprofessional staff. You need to fix this ASAP!
