The food is just not that good anymore at steak n shake. It was bland and that had to be some of the strongest onion I've ever eaten in my life. I remember when this was one of the top and fast food restaurants in america. It's a real shame.

Tryed to get food though the drive though employee had a bad attitude and one took card also messed up our order rong hamburger was put in the bag and for the chilli no silverware and no crackers after asking for extra before hand and when got back to the hotel found out thare was no silverware the girl couldn't eat because of it and then I found out that pack the rong hamburger along with being over cooked.Not impressed at all would not recommend this location.

This place served me one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had. Grease was dripping off the patties by the spoon full. It was a total wreck trying to eat it. Fries were cold and extremely bland. Soft drink dispenser produced nothing but carbonated water. Avoid this place at all cost - it is terrible.

When I was in my mid-20s, I used to like steak 'n shake. After trying the burgers 10 years later; I realized how awful the product really is. The garlic burger is literally smothered in salt. The garlic powder is all that you are really going to taste. The product turned super salty and isn't appetizing at all. I don't know if my taste buds have severely changed; but I could easily go another decade without steak and shake. No problem. I also felt the staff didn't understand me at all when I was trying to order. Not their fault; it's definitely corporates' fault as they do this at most fast food establishments, anyway. It is what it is. My main reason for venting is just to say that the quality has really gone down.

This would be a great place to go with friends. I feel like it should have an older 50s design and vibe. Going in solo feels a bit weird. The food is OK as any other burger joint so if people don't cone for the food they come for the atmosphere but it falls a bit short in both. Staff are great though.

Sadly it's definitely Not the old steak'n shake, it's kiosk ordering and no waitresses or personal experience of the old place, very mechanical and robot run now!# missing the old version of it! Such a "cold non personal " place now?
