Steak and shake used to be nice.I used to eat there every day of the week breakfast.I eat lunch.I eat dinner.Take my family steak and shake is just flattened nasty.The employees are nasty and the ordering from the kiosk is stupid and your employees are ignorant as best.I can tell no more steak and shake.

Reviews are apparently paid for. There's no such thing as service when you order your own food through a contact less experience and you get a bar code to fill your own drink. You have to scan to unlock the fountain since with the lack of staff/service they can't verify who'd stealing soda. They put that effort on you. It's not worth the hassle and is not service forward. It's an automat essentially. Your experience is all on you.

Spent about 55 dollars for my techs in the shop to get lunch. One of my techs went to pick everything up and 2 of the 4 burgers were incorrect, we were missing a drink and a couple fries. He tried to let them know and they rushed him out the line telling him everything was there. They never gave him a receipt or a few seconds to even verify it. And when I called to ask what happened, calmly, might I add. Because I have no problem with people as long as they try and fix their mistake. I called, they put me on hold and hung up on me and proceeded to ignore my next phone call. So here I am.

I only go through the drive thru so I don’t know quality as a patron inside. But each time I come here I get the garlic double steak burger with a side of their garlic sauce. I also get their fry seasoning. It is such an amazing and delectable experience. The depth of the butter and garlic makes it worth the far drive from me. Top fav burgers around. Cost was $7.17 for the burger alone with the extra side of garlic burger. A great price!

This location has it figured out. Extremely quick service. Food was great. Price is very reasonable. And they have found a gem of an employee. He was pretty darn incredible making sure we and everyone in the restaurant was taken care of.

From the moment I walked in the staff welcomed me in and offered me extraordinary service. Thank you to Sergio up front for going above and beyond, making sure we were all good in the seating area. Food was fresh and hot, will definitely come back.

I had a birthday email that wouldn't open up from the APP to allow me to receive a free Shake one or two Weeks after my Birthday however, the Drive-thru Clerk honored it and I was grateful....now that's great Customer Service in my opinion. This Restaurant was clean on the exterior and the Eggnog Shake was delicious.
