Every time I come into this donut shop, the same employee has an attitude. This morning I walked in and said good morning like I always do and got no response. I went to the refrigerator to grab a juice and asked how much it was. She snapped that the prices were posted on the refrigerator, but the only prices listed were for milk and soda.
When I asked which juice was cheapest, she huffed, threw down her napkin, and started listing prices in a very rude, sarcastic way. I placed my items at the counter and waited for her to return to help me. She came back and forcefully said “$1.25,” which wasn’t even for the item I was buying. When I tried to correct her and add donuts to my order, she continued huffing and puffing over the simplest requests.
After she finally bagged the donuts, I politely asked if they could be slightly warmed (the microwave is right next to the register). She loudly said “OMG” as if it was an unreasonable request.
I’ve lived in this area for over two years and have tried to avoid this place because of the service, but today was the last time. I don’t understand why a customer spending money has to deal with constant attitude and hostility. Very disappointing.

We have gone there a handful of times on the way to school. We have never been greeted or really spoken to. We thank her and say hello, however we never get any responses back. Very uncomfortable interactions, her facial expressions also give off a cold or angry vibe. The older lady is just rude or there might be a disconnect when it comes to understanding American culture.

I've been there twice and won't go again. Not friendly at all and I just got 2 sausage rolls that were old, hard, definitely NOT FRESH. When I tried to call the number on their receipt and website, of course, you can't get through. DO NOT EAT FROM THIS PLACE!!

Hands-down, the best donut shop in Irving. It’s like a little hidden gem. The donut holes are fluffy and creamy, and the pig in the blankets are always warm and delicious. She’ll give you the ones from the oven versus the one that’s been in the case and their cake donuts Are tantalizing & Titillating. I have lived in Irving my whole life and have never had a favorite donut shop. Will this place is the one and it makes it even better that the owner is so cute
