It is disappointing to have my favorite sandwich place provide less than they usually do. I love their sandwiches especially their bread. But today, the bread was so tough, I could not even bite into portions of it. I am not sure what that is about.But it's usually very tender.

I should’ve known this place was sketchy when I asked for pepperoni, roast beef, and turkey, and they acted like they didn’t know what pepperoni was. I’m all for versatility, but please hire staff who understand English to better serve customers. I settled for roast beef and turkey fineeeee — but when I say the bread was sour and hard as a rock, I almost hurt myself. The vinaigrette was awful. I’m never coming back. I should’ve just gone to Subway.
