Very good food and great variety and selection. One crew member started the process and then handed it off to another and moved to the next customer. This causes confusion and forces the customer to repeat the order multiple times. A 3rd crew member then rang up the order forcing 2 more repeats of the order, from both customer and crew #2. ONE crew member should handle the order all the way through, the way they used to do it for decades. The sandwich was good, but having to repeat my order 3 or 4 times left a sour taste. This is a "not very often" visit for a while.

Since when dont subway cut up meats & vegetables? Why or how is the salad bowls smaller but you want me to fit full size items like tomatoes inside without cutting them up? Disappointed in the laziness here.

The kid who made my food was fantastic and very patient. However, the location has some serious issues with Customer Service. I was on my lunch break and I decided to pick up our order on a bike and all I did was lean my bike against the gate and I was told that I could not leave it there, so I leaned it against the pole next to the auto shop and that guy even said something they had no customers nor was the bike in their way and we’re not talking about a motorcycle, it was a bicycle. I know that the young man who made my sandwich is simply just an employee but the manager of the sandwich shop and a mechanic shop really need to take some management courses. I will not be bringing my business back.

Second time I've ordered from here requesting something as simple as "Please toast with the veggies on it". This time, I showed up before they finished making it, watched them take it out of the oven, look at the receipt, talk to another employee, and then timidly put the veggies on after anyways. I didn't have time to have them remake it, but it was ice cold. This will be made an issue next time I come in, especially because I gave a tip when I submitted the order. Pathetic service, I would not treat anyone like that.

I went through the drive thru at 1810 ordered a veggie delight on multigrain bread, with no cheese, extra spinach, extra cucumber and extra onion and tomato with vinaigrette and mayo, and got minimal veggies, no mayo and no vinaigrette. Sincerely disappointed. Tried calling the number listed, no one answered and there is no voicemail. I will Never go back to this subway!!! The one at 183 and O’Connor makes much better subs, follows your request and they answer their phone.Anna McDarghVegetarian options: I said it all in message above. ?

I like subway, the are not putting out the quality of Jersy Mike's or even Jimmy John's and that was always okay when they were $5. Subway should not be charging $12 per sandwich.

I had to walk away. There was a young kid fixing my sandwich that made a mistake on my order when I questioned it he gave me really bad attitude walked away threw away my sandwich saying he would make it again. I don't need really bad attitude. Especially somebody fixing my food. The kid is in the wrong business he needs to find a different job. It is unfortunate.And I was just paying him a compliment of building a good sandwich until he made a mistake putting vinegar on my tuna sandwich. I love Subways, but I won't be able to go back there. He had anger issues that he needs to adress.

I’m here at 10:10 and they’re closed. Coming from 20 mins away coz it was supposed to be closes at 10:30. Someone inside seems to be hiding and is not responding at the drive through speaker or at the locked front door.

Stale hard bread, unfriendly service, no unsweetened tea, was told they can just add water to sweet tea if I wanted. Sandwich was sloppy and only ate 1/4 of it the rest went to the trash. Won’t go back to this location. If you want better service go to one of the other subways in Irving they are managed much better!
