The bread is very good and the service is terrible. There should be some bilingual person since the kids get upset having to serve people who don't speak their language or are Americans.

I ordered 2 sandwiches through Uber eats and the problem was they were both made COMPLETELY WRONG. They put all the wrong things on both sandwiches, I guess the workers got mixed up by having 2 orders under the same name, but if they paid any attention to the order itself, there would’ve been no confusion. It’s not hard to read instructions and make a sandwich. I don’t know how much they get paid but whoever messed up these sandwiches needs to get demoted. Seriously. Uber eats isn’t gonna refund me my money so I’m down almost 40 bucks and have 2 nasty sandwiches. Thanks.

I come here for my lunch break 2 to 3 times a week each and eveytime I come here maria is always in the back on the phone talking all loud about personal stuff and extremely rude when I want to get a sandwich she's bother I interrupt her conversation your not at home Maria your on the clock get your stuff

Came in to grab a quick bite. Ordered 2 Turkey calis. Both the exact same, only difference was one was mayo. I’m not sure what went wrong but 2 very confused individuals starting bombarding talking to me at once causing the quick bite to not be so quick. To make matters worse one of them said something sassy to me after I selected: no tip. I almost asked for a refund. Honestly one of my last times at a subway in general. Especially this location! Next time I’m taking the extra drive to Schlotzsky’s on the same street

Subway was very close to Tesla charging station. The food was very good and the service was on point. Really enjoyed eating at this location, and I will be back soon. Requested a refund because my order was made incorrectly. I placed the order on your website, as I do with many other fast food places. I ordered correctly but apparently the order was communicated incorrect to the store. Number one, the order took over 20 minutes to make. I was already at the store before it was completed. When I asked for a refund , I was questioned then I was verbally berated In front of several other guest. The tall larger employee processed to tell me that, “I made it right and you ordered wrong. You need to tell the truth!” When I asked if she wanted to argue in front of all the guest in the store, she said, “Yes, you need to tell the truth”. I then asked for her name and she advised she didn’t need to give it to me. This is the first time I have ever had to put up with so much disrespect in front of other guest and another employee. This could have been easily resolved with a simple question on her end like, How can I make it better? Instead, she wanted to tare my sandwich apart and say I ordered wrong. I also told her it wasn’t anything personal and never said, she blatantly made the sandwich wrong. I know sometimes there are glitches in a system. When paying $27 for a sandwich, I would hope it’s made correctly and not have to argue with employees. I can argue and fight for free with others This isn’t what I was expecting from a store visit. No way to contact the manager or owner since the irritated employee must be the one currently in charge.
