I’m trying to understand how this subway is still open they have the worst customer service. The management is rude. That lady Maria at the front does not need to be working at the subway. I ordered on Uber Eats a simple turkey sandwich. They messed up my whole order they gave me hard/toasted bread they gave me two strands of spinach. Like come on Is it extra to put on vegetables on the sandwich it’s ridiculous. I definitely should’ve looked at the reviews before I ordered from the subway, but I didn’t think a subway could be so bad like everybody needs to be FIRED. The whole team needs to be FIRED and they need to go under new management either that or close the subway because if you want a simple healthy, nice sandwich with good customer service this is definitely not the subway to go to. I had to Uber after calling to complain about the sandwich and being disrespected over the phone to explain to her that they MESSED UP my sandwich I spoke to Maria. I don’t know if she’s the manager. She is the rudest lady in the building very disrespectful and I explained to her that this is costing me money and time and I would have to pay to come back up there to get my sandwich made correctly since they made it incorrectly and she says OK. Well you better get here before 3 o’clock because if not, you’re gonna have to wait until Tomorrow! how dare you lady how dare you Who trained you how to be a manager who trained you how to give respect like it’s not there and then when I get there and give her back the sandwich that was just terrible that nobody in this world would eat she has the audacity to go through and open the sandwich and look through to see if anything was missing if it was wrong inspected it wasting my time like Lady, I wouldn’t waste my time and money coming back up here if the sandwich was right and at the end of the day I’m not eating that hard sandwich that didn’t have what I asked for and I’m having to come back up here to deal with this. This place is terrible don’t waste Your time Money or raise your blood pressure because those are all of the things that this place is going to do and I am going to definitely escalate this to corporate Subway because apparently corporate subway doesn’t understand how terrible this subway is and it’s ruining their business and their name as a brand!!!!!!

The lady behind the counter didnt listen at all clearly english isnt even a second language messed the food up and didnt listen when i mentioned it to her i will never be eating at subway again

You pay for a foot long but they fill up only 70% of the bread. The guy was literally counting onion slices & a pinch or 2 of lettuce, 3-4 olives. I mean are you that cheap..?? No wonder people dont want subway anymore.

I came in to pick up my order and my DoorDash app was acting crazy, so I had my boyfriend order since my account was acting weird, and when we went inside to pick up my boyfriends order they withheld our food. I can only assume it is racism, they didn’t withhold the white guys food, or the Indian woman who came in before him, but they withheld our food, the black girl with the Hispanic guy. I wish I could give zero stars, I don’t care about if the food taste good or not, but being racist is crazy when your job is to just serve food it’s not that hard.

Getting better by the day. Spectacular job by sandwich artist 'Xandar' and also the lady is quite patient and friendly even with such a crowd. Last couple of times they have served excellent foot-longs esp. their number20 & number30 with 100% correct customizations. SuperClean and hardworking team. Keep it up

Sadly, I couldn't give less than 1 star. People who work there doesnt want to work there, forget about helping you. They talk to each other in a language other than english and then make faces. Worst location I have been too. They denied me Italian herbs and cheese bread and then said to the next customer that it is available. I was with my family and didnt want to make a scene but definitely would have otherwise. Go elsewhere

This is location I would not recommend. I’m a frequent customer and every time I come into the store. Last night I came in on my phone in which I’m allowed to be. I pointed to the picture on the wall which was a Tuna sandwich. The employee states Monday special is the tuna. I said thank you BUT I still would like the tuna. She then makes the wrong sandwich. I nicely said I told you tuna. She says “well now I gotta pay for this!” I said I apologize maybe you misheard me. I again say “No I wanted the footlong tuna.” She keeps talking about me to her coworker in Spanish. In which I understand Spanish but I just let it go. After five minutes she starts making my sandwich and yet again makes the wrong sandwich! Then tried to blame me for being on my phone because she wasn’t listening. As she was speaking to me rudely! I responded “stop yelling at me. You made the wrong sandwich again. And I just told you what I wanted. “ I told her you are wrong just say sorry and move along. Now because she messed up she calls the police on me! I started to stay but I was advised just to leave. When I came in she was complaining about her job. If she’s having a bad baby maybe she should of left work. I have never experienced this ever. I’ll pray that lady finds a job she likes so she can treat customers better. I will advise people about this store.

Poor management/ hiring un equipped teenagers. First time I came here, the young man did not speak a bit of English and could barely understand the order. This second time, I walked in at 8:30pm and there was a medium sized line with a young lady working the store by herself. We waited in line just for the young lady to inform me and another woman (who had been waiting for a while) that she “will not be making anymore sandwiches after the 3rd person in line”. Meaning us two were out of luck (Even though the store wasn’t supposed to close for another 2 hours). The woman asked to speak to a manager because she had been waiting for a while, and the server ignored her. I’m guessing she was tired and left to handle the store on her own, but why be rude? All of it is unacceptable honestly. Will not be back a third time.
