Do NOT go here during the lunch hour unless you like bad customer service. The older hispanic woman who does the register is rude and mean. She gets upset when wanting to scan points. In addition the hispanic woman who starts the order, who wear glasses is also very mean and rude. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt going several times...but nope...they are mean. I am not going back.

Someone needs to inform the local health department and food safety authority of the condition of this place. I was recently at this Subway and spotted mice running around behind the counter. How is this place even open? On top of that, before I spotted the mice, the Hispanic woman coughed all over my sandwich and her hair was touching my sandwich. Needless to say I got out of there fast. It is a health hazard. Avoid at all costs!

The Hispanic woman working here today (6/14/25 at 1:30pm) was the WORST person to deal with. She was SO rude to a younger woman in front of me. She abused her verbally in Spanish while the young lady politely asked a question. She asked her to get out of there - this is not normal behavior. Someone needs to fire this Hispanic woman.

Seems like the older ladies are allowing the younger crew to work hard while they sit back and watch and only help when it’s way to many people in line then they decide to help but other then that I love subway

I patiently wait to be served. There were only 2 customers in front of me. After finishing with the customers ahead of me the Hispanic lady told me she could not make my sandwich because she had to fill all of her online orders first. I thought the rule of thumb was to deal with the customer in front of you. If that’s not the case she should have called someone to help her. There was another person working in the back.

Bad customer service, excuses for wait time even though we were first one there and only ones everybody came after. Food not prepared properly everything just fell apart, no need for loud music when no o e is there, or just pickup and go. Worst place rude lady!

Do not eat at this subway, the lady was so rude. She did not make my sandwich how I asked her to make it when I told her I wanted something on my sandwich. She totally ignored me then, when I told her again what I want on my sandwich, she said she couldn’t do that because the people were watching her. She also told me that they didn’t have Baked chips, but the whole rack was full of baked chips. The worst Subway I ever was to.

If you want food poisoning come here. Incredibly sick after 2 basic sandwiches which took 15 minutes to make with nobody else in the store.
