I walked out. Just trying to order a sandwich. Yes, it's supposed to be toasted, but I said no, just make the sandwich. The lady, olde, can't understand 1 word coming out her mouth. She's arguing that's it's supposed to be toasted. I said, just make the sandwich without toasting. More arguing by her. I said No, I've had it, can't understand a word your saying. Arguing by her non-stop. I walked out. Lost a sale! You need better staff here. I know people need a job, want to work. But this staff is a bad choice!

The owner needs to train their employees properly before someone get sick. The lady who made my sandwich today totally forgot her training. First she wear the gloves then grabs the breads then picks up her phone start talking put it against her ears and starts making the sandwiches again she touches the phone constantly. While the breads are toasted she goes to register and rings me up with same gloves she is wearing. After finishing the transaction she goes back making the sandwich. I wanted to walk out at this point. She should realize that she has contaminated both of sandwiches. To the owner. If you can’t find proper employees, please shut it down before someone seriously gets sick and have lawsuits on your hands.
I've always liked Subway. Over the last couple of years it seems my bread is not fresh. Maybe it's because I order wheat and that's not a top seller. The roasted chicken with garlic aioli was delicious. Bread hard on the bottom. ?Maybe next time I'll ask what the freshest bread is.

The WORST LOCATION EVER!!! The Asian guy with the glasses who hates his job is so RUDE!! I asked for another piece of ham since the one he placed on my sandwich had something on it and he wiped it off and continues to carry on , I asked him to please give me another piece of meat since I seen with my own eyes that something was on that particular piece .. he was so rude and acted as if he had much better things he'd rather be doing ,, I immediately regretted coming here and seen why nobody was in the subway to began with. SUBWAY ON REGENT IS TRASHHHHH!!!!

Had a terrible experience at the Subway on 3601 Regent Blvd in Irving TX. Placed and paid for an order an online at 7:45 pm, got confirmation for 8pm pickup. But the store was closed when I got there at 8pm. Then, at 9:48 pm, got an email saying my order was canceled. Unbelievable! Their hours state they are open until 10pm. When I tried calling the recording stated they are not accepting calls. Still haven't been refunded for my purchase. This kind of service is unacceptable.

Only wheat bread is available at 7PM when the store closes at 10 and a third of the toppings are missing. This place may be the best subway in the area but for the price they charge now go to Potbelly or Jimmy's Johns instead since it's the same price. Sad how a once great franchise has been reduced to this garbage.

Very horrible experience today (05/14/23). The Asian guy at the counter was extremely rude and wont even look up and answer. Store was out veggies and lettuce looked like rotten and he would just try to drip the sauce on the sandwich. Owners need to really hire people who take their job sincerely and want to earn that wage even though it is minimum wage.
