Absolutely horrible customer service I called on the phone for a sandwich and get a rude answer. The app isn’t update with the store. Avoid this store and would provide a 0 for the customer service and app experience.

Took 30 minutes to get food because someone had online orders 10 sandwichs ahead of me- I understand that takes a while, but no one acknowledged me, greeted me, or apologized for the wait. Like fast food service isn't great anyway, but this was appalling.
I won’t be back to this location. The guy that made my sandwich, cut his hand and still proceeded to make my sandwich with blood covering his hand. I told him I did not feel comfortable with him making my sandwich so someone else came to make my sandwich and proceeded to use the same bread and meat and knife, and I told him that he needed To get a new knife, new bread and new meat. This place is very unsanitary the guy that made my sandwich the day before kept messing with his nose, cause his nose was running. Also, they’re not very friendly either. Very gross workers.

Went two days in a row. First day no issues really other than efficiency and pace. But on the second day. The staff in there were just not really helpful and not the nicest when making my food. No greeting or thank yous or have a good day. Just stone cold faces. A little niceness goes a long way but the staff today. You could just tell they didn't want to be there
First times I've been to this location in 8 years of living within five minutes of this subway. Will be my last time coming back.

They made me wait for another batch of meatballs for my sub, and gave me the last one of the old batch, took over 10 minutes, charged me 3 extra dollars and even after asking why the price was more than the subway up the road they just said “that’s what it came out to” their drinks had no syrup, so the Dr. Pepper was flat, and the people working had the worst attitude, it was 3 ladies. Out of all the subways I’ve been to this one was the worst.
Don't order on their app for delivery. They use door dash and stole my food and is refusing to give my money back.They are saying you have to get your money back from door dash and door dash is saying to I have to get it back from Subway.
I like that theres the only subway that closes late i think 11pm sometimes i coming back after few bicycle laps and want a slight bite

I ordered for pickup and my food didn't have any toppings I asked for ,no cheese and no SAUCES?? Absolutely disappointed and Dissatisfied with the food.

Ordered online with all toppings and sauces we asked for, nothing was being taken care of so pathetic service, there were two ladies working at the front Sunday September 1st 12 PM. Absolutely gutted with the food. Manager please take this seriously and improve your service.
