One word...HORRIBLE. Horrible customer service, horrible taste, and the WORST part is...There was a Piece of WOOD In my FOOD!! So what is really going on in this restaurant. I'm thinking of going even further than a review. One word...LAWSUIT!

The workers are so rude! It is unbelievable! First of all, I have to wait for 5 minutes before someone finally came to make my sandwich. No apologies for making a customer wait. i came into subway and it was pretty busy, all i needed was a cup for water so i preceded into the front of the line, i excused myself and politely asked for a cup of water the cashier was aware i had asked but ignored me and finished taking the customer. It was really rude, he could’ve told me to wait a second or just handed me a cup. I don’t want to come here as i felt unwelcomed.

This place sucks. Slow even with four people behind the line. Usually one working, and the other three running their mouth. Also, on numerous occasions I have listened to a conversation happening behind the line about some of the students walking in.. you guys really need to be more aware that you have native Spanish speakers coming through the line and some of the things being said are rude as well as inappropriate.

The manager is a prick, really rude. Can’t even smile or greet you when you’re ready to pay. Seems like he coasts on the fact that this restaurant in convenient for students. This franchise needs to be deconstructed and rebuilt with customer service in mind.
