Waited over 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches. People were walking out of the place because they were taking so long. Horrible service.

Ordered double protein on a sandwich through ubereats, and got less than a normal sandwich. Called to ask why, but no manager on staff apparently. There is more pickle by weight than tuna. Stop being lazy, and just do your damn job.
Edit: Went back to have the sandwich corrected, and a blonde woman, who's name I didn't catch, 100% made it up to me, and was sincerely apologetic. Ty blonde woman!

Walked in no greeting okay that's rude but cool.. then I place my order and the girl prepping my order before she could get the bread out ran to the back to grab her cell phone to answer a call about what type of liquor she wants I know because she put the call on speaker and should by the bread yelling what type of drinks she wants.. man I dk if it's the generation or what but man this is disappointing I walked out and she didn't even notice.. ?

The truth is that the customer service does not work, they sell soft drinks and they do not have ice apart from the fact that they gave me the food without a bag and I had to carry everything in my hands, not good
I went to sub way and I had the WORST experience there in my life I was ignored when I first walked in I didn’t get recognized until I said something then this white tall lady came to me and took off her AirPods and asked in a rudely tone what I wanted I proceeded to order my toppings and as she was putting them on my sandwich she kept throwing them on the sandwich and pieces of the toppings kept falling out I asked her to put them on nicely so she doesn’t make a mess but she said there’s nothing wrong with it and proceeded to ring me up I didn’t end up eating the sandwich because I had lost my appetite this isn’t the first time I’ve also seen her give rude attitude to customers and I remember her telling people that they only take online orders when they were CLEARLY open I hope when I come back she isn’t there because no one should have to be scared to order a sandwich.

Walked in with my daughter and my son in my arm when the white girl was cursing and talking about others employees food, I didn't care at first, but then, the second one got an attitude for no reason and wouldn't even ask questions right is because of employees like these businesses loose customers. Definitely will not try this specifically subway, Until I don't see these 2.

Staff was talking about Roaches inside the store, and staff was so unprofessional, they get mad because they have to attend us, they here sitting down about to get pizza, never will be back this place this store employees sucks..!!
I’m not really looking for a good afternoon how are you from employees, like this is a job and all it entails is making subways properly and following sanitary precautions. I watched an employee basically shred the entire upper layer of my loaf as she ripped into it and use her hand to sweep stray pieces of food off the counter top and then use the same hand to grab veggies for my sandwich. It wasn’t only disgusting but disrespectful to boot. This isn’t a piece of luggage you can just toss around, it’s my lunch that I’m paying for. Kindly treat it with more respect than pig chow. Absolutely horrendous service. I’d give 0 stars if possible.

Rude workers. Yesterday around 5 in the afternoon 1 African American girl and 1 Caucasian girl were working. Idk if they were in a bad mood or something but they were very rude, they were constantly laughing at the customer’s accent and they just didn’t want to do their job. The customer would say something and they would snicker making fun of them. I hope that they realize that they’re there to work and not be rude or make fun of people

Go there if you want to be overcharged. On a foot long tub putting 2 slices of cheese is ridiculous OK there's an upcharge for it but over $5 of an upcharge.I got it toasted but she put it in there for less than 30secs. Still cold, no melted cheese,...I didnt want to deal with her inconvienced attitude anymore.

I have been a customer of this particular Subway location for a while. With that said, this is my first time ordering online and picking it up. Also, a first, I did this at a 'close' to closing time time-frame. If that makes sense.Anyway, I only wanted one line of mayo and one line of mustard.I don't think they paid much attention to the directions inside the options box provided to me by the app.Please, delicatessens, use this as an experience to better yourselves throughout the workday. I truly understand you're tired. We customers have been coming in and out of your store everyday you unlock the doors and allow us to do so. We do this because we love and like what you're serving. We come back because of the experience we received the first time.This 1(one) time, I didn't enjoy my sandwich. It's cool. I will be back. I know yall got me. Ya'll good.
