I am not above making mistakes, nor do I expect people to be perfect. I do expect good customer service and someone be able to admit when they are wrong and apologize. That was NOT my experience at this Subway today. The sandwich maker prepared our sandwiches incorrectly on our pickup order. Not knowing this until we got home, and there being NO way to apparently reach this location by phone (recording said the calls were forwarded), I drove back to the location to bring it to their attention. When I explained the sandwich was made incorrectly, instead of taking my word for it, they took it upon themselves to open the sandwich in front of me like I was a child trying to get food for free. Once she found it was in fact their error, I didn’t get an apology for the mistake or her arrogant approach to how she handled herself. I haven’t experienced anything like it before, and was truly insulted. I typically only leave positive Google reviews, but felt that management really needed to know what type of individuals they have working there. As of 8/10/24 a large blonde woman (maybe 20-23 years old) with terrible attitude, AirPods on, and couldn’t be more rude. Snappy, and sarcastic for no reason. Be aware of this so it doesn’t ruin your day.

Just went in at 8:57 pm tonight and had the most rudest employee ever , made my sandwich wrong and when I tried to correct her she got attitude and didn’t fix my sandwich , she put lettuce and spinach when I said extra veggies that I was ordering and didn’t give me extra also added spinach and lettuce and tried to add onions then turned the open sign off after I walked out , an hour and a half early . Great food, service was alright. However the manager and staff should keep their comments and conversations about store operations, pay, scheduling and or personal problems away from the patrons eating in the dining area. It doesn't give a good impression or make you want to return
When I arrived, I got out of the car from afar, they made a bad face at me, whatever I wanted, I went in and I was standing and they were cleaning, they told them after a while they can order but they can't sit properly, they are rude, there is not even a phone number for complaints, we went today, Sunday, June 30, at 3 in the afternoon.
