You have to pay... then get a receipt...which has a code.... to access the bathroom. Unexceptionable way to treat customers.

Rude staff and doesn't accept coupons. Was speaking in a moderate tone never raised my voice or anything nor did I show any signs of agression and worker tryed telling me I'm too loud which I think was simply because I didn't agree with her or the guy behind the counter not in uniform who doesn't work there apparently and they were kind of agressive themselves. The workers here are petty without reason and the owner is too. Start accepting coupons and if you don't like feedback don't open a business

Had same issue on 9-10-22 at 23:05 location was closed after it stated it was open till 3:00 am after driving here because of add , which showed the 3:00am time was verified 6 days ago, what's up?

False advertising on the web. This Subway shows that it's opened til 3AM yet when I pulled up, the place was closed. Ppl like me & my wife would have liked Subway right now but instead we came to Chicago Pasta & Pizza

I ordered a roast beef sub and the roast beef wasn’t cooked good, it was gummy and hard! Total waste!
