They never have the cheddar cheese sauce for the cheesy garlic steak sub. They always says its frozen. I've pre-ordered 3 subs and was pissed everytime im just gonna stop eating subway and go to firehouse subs

Ordered DD, they didn’t add my drink, wrong chips and prepared my sub wrong!! Very upset, never order from here please look at the other reviews! Subway by Beltline and Conflans is a better choice!!!

I came in and ordered my sub when I was ready to pay One star I was going to use a coupon and she said no we don’t accept coupons ?? I asked her why and she said because the place is a franchise and the owner doesn’t accept cupones ?? Unmmm what 🗑️ I walked out sorry but I ain’t never heard of that and they were being very rude about it too

No one EVER answers the phone. Even when I worked in Irving. Now I live in Plano and sometimes the app uses this location since it use to my primary location but in order to cancel orders I have to travel an HOUR AWAY!?!?! Because NO ONE wants to ANSWER!!! I called 14 times! And no VM is available!!

Whoever the Hispanic guy is with the curly hair does not SPEAK A LIC OF ENGLISH. He has a bad attitude because he's the one that doesn't understand your order !!! Do better Subway. Customers should at least be able to have someone there that can make the order how you want it 🤬

Man I'm paying almost 20 buck to Subway and they are stingy with the meat in this location. They have the cover that makes it hard to see them make the sub. How do I know if I can't see. So when I get home...man I was eating nothing but wheat bread. Not much meat so you're over hear chewing on bread. Never coming back here again. NO ICE TEA NO POWERADE. ONLY WATER COMES OUT. They don't seem to care much here.

Soda machine is broken. No hello welcome to subway. The lady stopped making my sandwich to answer her cell phone. Terrible waste of money and the floors are dirty

Placed an online order for delivery only for it to be canceled and for my card to be charged for the meal anyways. No refund. Tried calling multiple times on multiple days, do you think they answer the phone? If you were to tell me that no one actually worked there i would believe it.
