Placed an online order for delivery only for it to be canceled and for my card to be charged for the meal anyways. No refund. Tried calling multiple times on multiple days, do you think they answer the phone? If you were to tell me that no one actually worked there i would believe it.

So I just went into Subway this evening because I was yanking for a meatball sub. I normally frequent Jersey Mike's because everything is so fresh and others cannot compare. I walked in and there is a short stocky, Hispanic female, waiting on two people in front of me. She glanced my way as I came through the door, but did not say a word. Subways new thing is that they sliced their meat fresh. I don't see how, as there are no slicers in view. There is now a metal lid that goes over the cooler Department That blocks your view from seeing the meat that is already prepared coming out of the cooler. Another lady came out of the back, and she proceeded to talk to the other employee. She then looked up, smiled, and said hello. Her smile was warm and inviting and she was friendly, unlike the first employee. She proceeded to ask what I wanted, and started to make my sandwich. As she put the meatballs on my bread, I went to the side to see how much sauce she was putting. I got a Scully look from the first employee, as if to say, what are you doing?! I told her I was simply seen how much sauce was on my sandwich as I do not want my sandwich to be dry. The lady making my sandwich rung me up. I asked her what meats that they slice in house. She immediately rattled off I believe five meats. I told her I asked because the sign that they have posted said to ask call me a skeptic, but I think this meets sliced fresh posted all over the restaurant and such is just a ploy to get more business. I do not believe it in the least as you cannot see it being sliced. Go into Jersey Mike's, and they slice it directly in front of you. I left satisfied with my sandwich, but the original employee needs a lesson in customer service.

Even though they had forgot the cheese on one of the subs, we didn't even care! Because whoever made that doordash order for Debra on November 15.... around 5:25 p.m...... A SUB CALLED "THE OUTLAW.......GIVE THAT PERSON A CHEF HAT! ASAP! THAT WAS THE BEST... NOT ONE OF THE BEST... BUT THEEEEE BEST SUB I HAVE EVER UAD FROM SUBWAY!!! IM MAD THAT I AM ABOUT TO EAT THE OTHER HALF!!!! MY WIFE SMILED ON HER FIRST BITE!!! WHO EVER MADE IT..... I WISH I COULD HAVE TIPPED YOU INSTEAD OF THE DRIVER WHO DELIVERED MY FOOD! Yes, I do like Subway. I’m one of those. I like Firehouse. I like Jersey Mike’s. Yes, probably a bit more than I like Subway. Still, for a lower price, it’s worth a stop. However, I generally use coupons at Subway. These sandwiches ARE NOT WORTH more than those at Chick-fil-a! Unfortunately, the franchisee at this store doesn’t seem to understand that critical fact, though. He has outright banned the use of coupons! Okay, I know, it’s just a coupon. Still, the point is that Subway doesn’t actually deserve a place in the world without lower prices and/or coupons. Otherwise, the service was okay, the food was decent, and the restaurant seemed clean. I just can’t recommend visiting any Subway that charges Firehouse prices.

Will not be going back. Whoever that dude was working on today was HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL and I told them I'm good then walked out. First off dude was very sloppy w my food and poured ENTIRELY TOO MUCH MAYO on my sandwich put too much lettuce like he was all over the place. When I told him he started to breath hard and act irritable and IDC ITS YOUR JOB. he goes on to slide the stuff off my sandwich in a aggressive manner while breathing hard and thats when I said NEVERMIND, IM GOOD. I WILL NOT SPEND MY MONEY WHERE IM BEING DISRECPECTED. not to mention veggies didn't look fresh ANYWAYS. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

I got the Philly and apparently you can't add vegetables to that so I asked for vegetables and the girl said I can't do that and I I said you cant add vegetables to my sub? She says no and just points at the board. So I just said well then I don't want the Philly just adjust my order and charge me what you have to charge me and I would like all the vegetables on it. She was just shaking her head at me the whole time as if I was a giant inconvenience to her the entire time. She never cut my sandwich and then half ass roled it so it all fell apart when I open it up. Was just a complete prick to me for the whole thing.

Everytime I order from this location it's a problem. I placed an order through the app and they gave my food away to someone else. They remade the food and the whole order was wrong. Sandwiches were thrown together. If I have to go to this location I will not have Subway.

The store takes absolutely no coupons online or in store. How cheap. Had to drive to another subway nearby that does take them.
