Zero point in ordering ahead. Showed up at the “Pick up” time to watch LITERALLY 15 people come in after me and get their sandwiches made and leave. Meanwhile, no one has a freaking clue what’s going on or where my single sandwich (cold sub might I add) is..in 30 minutes exactly, you couldn’t manage to make a single cold sub?PATHETIC RUDE SERVICE FROM THE OWNER when questioned about the sandwich..

Jami made me one of the best Italian subs I’ve ever had. This man is passionate about his sandwiches. Homemade meats and fresh veggies and 99 different kinds of gout sauce bottled by Jami himself. He’s incredibly friendly and only wants to make you the best sandwiches in the world. I think I may have found my newest go to sandwich spot in DFW.

Subz n Stuff is so good! I stopped in today before catching my flight back to MSP and am so glad I did. The owner was amazing, you can tell he has so much pride and ownership of his restaurant. Very friendly and made a GREAT French dip! I also picked up one of his homemade Mango BBQ sauces that I am dying to try when I get home. 10/10 would recommend
Owner is very personable. The menu has a lot of options and all of them are delicious. Most of the sauces are made in house and they're fantastic. Overall good quality experience

When you think of local, small businesses to support, this should be at the top of the list. I discovered Subz N Stuff about a year ago, although it's been around much longer than that (20 years!), and they make the best sandwiches in Las Colinas. Fresh ingredients, lots of options, and the owners Jami and Suzy are so friendly and helpful. Their prices are quite reasonable, too. In tough times, places like this need our support. If you live or work here in the area, check them out. My only regret is not heading over there sooner!
