Horrible experience, the level of rudeness from staff, especially the Hispanic male manager at morning shift today had such a nasty attitude with me even when all I did was to ask a question.

As a District Manager for T-mobile, I find it so really disgusting and disappointing the fact that customers needs are not meet properly, I had a terrible customer experience at this location today May 21 at 9:45 am-9:55 am, the so called Manager was a Hispanic male, with bunch acne on his face(using as reference to identity the individual, not profiling anyone), who was very rude towards me, and when brought to his attention, he still refused to fix it, declined to comply with the proper ethical standards and regulations, individuals like these stain the good image of the company and should not be able to represent the company.
