Hi Taco Bell,
I had one of the worst experiences ever with your online ordering and pickup process today. I placed an order through the app, but when I arrived at the location, the employee refused to give me my food—even after I showed them my receipt, proof of purchase, and the card on file. I tried everything, including guessing multiple names that might’ve been tied to the order, but nothing worked.
Honestly, the app played a big part in this mess. It doesn’t even show the name on the order or make it clear how to verify pickup. That’s a pretty basic feature to overlook, and it caused unnecessary confusion and frustration for me and, I’m sure, for your staff too.
This experience left such a bad taste in my mouth (pun not intended) that I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Please, fix the app and make sure your employees are trained to handle situations like this better.

Pulled in to make an order 20 minutes I sat at the window waiting on someone anyone to come greet me take payment or something but nothing employees were nowhere to be found saw one come out of the office and go right back in this place is really going down hill the employees need to be changed for sure

Clearly the drive thru employee does not possess the zest to be their best. My chalupa barely had any chicken and the nacho cheese that I requested as extra was not added. The drive thru was empty, so I don't understand the mistake and the request to pull up to the front only to get nacho cheese in a cup that I had to pay for, even the the inconvenience was on them. I said everything upfront to avoid the items that I don't like, such as tomatoes and sour cream...they missed when I said add nacho cheese to both chalupas. The service was not top nor notch. Two thumbs down. I hate doing negative reviews hoping that my issue is am isolated issue....but you never know....so decide from this.
I don't recommend at all.
These employees need to understand that if I feel like cooking I won't bother be in the drive thru ordering anything at all.

The food was hot and made as soon as I ordered it. They were busy put I didn’t have to wait at all for my food. The guy that took my order was very polite as well. The store was super clean and the employees had great customer service

This is my go to lunch spot and I pass 2 other taco bells and a whole bunch of other food places to get here. My order is alway right, food is hot and order comes out fast when I go thru the drive thru or dine in. The customer service is good here too. The employees are always nice and the restaurant is always clean, even the bathrooms!

Wayne knows he’s wrong for hiring all these terrible employees at this location. Honestly, I’m about to start fighting to shut it down because it’s taking up space & obviously the employees have terrible attitudes, work ethics, & are LAZY. Dude last night had an attitude with me for asking if they have any luxe boxes I can order that aren’t online! Lmao. Interrupted me to tell me no then proceeds to say there is a $7 one. Idc about how anyone feels about what’s going on in their life and/or if they hate their job, but acting ugly toward folks for NO REASON is inexcusable! Wayne & other managers, I KNOW y’all see all these complaints & obviously aren’t doing anything to fix them, so let’s work on closing y’all on down! It’s never more than 2 people there WHENEVER you choose to come, & that’s a Y’ALL problem! Do better! Or better yet-DON’T! I WILL ensure y’all feel something!
Not ideal. Probably understaffed but definitely untrained—didn’t get my entire order, most of it was wrong, and little to no customer service to try and rectify issues.

I was at the menu screen ordering my order and I was looking for what I wanted and then the guy who is at the window who is a tall black guy with a cap on his head was being rude and rushing me out of the order and then when I got to the window, he gave me the wrong thing and then act like I made the problem and he was the one who took the order wrong and was trying to move so fast he needs a lesson on customer service
The black guy with tattoos on the window was so rude he dint have a great attitude at all if you don’t like your job then Dont work there !!! Don’t take it out on the costumers at his grown age is crazy
The problem I had with this Taco Bell is 1st thing.
When I got to the counter I told them I had a code so I could use my App.
They said I can only use my code in the drive thru. I told them I've used it inside before at other Taco bells they said no I can only use it in the drive thru.
So I couldn't get my points nor my free items as we dined.
As I got my order I noticed there was a man still waiting on his.
Meanwhile people in line were placing there orders but none of them were getting there orders.
I noticed they was only working on the people in the drive thru.
Then I noticed a few of the people in the drive thru was also coming inside because there orders were wrong.
This Taco bell seemed to be under staffed as the whole hour and a half we sat there we only seen 3 employees behind the counter.
When we was leaving we noticed about 6 people standing by the counter all still waiting on there orders.
And pretty upset.
Even the guy who was waiting on his order when we got there was still waiting.
He had to show his order number to them at least 4 times.

Made the mistake and went to this location and should have read the reviews. Everything was fine placing the order, got home with 5 of the 7 items. 3 of the 5 were wrong. Went back up to store with receipt. Explained what was wrong and was told I didn't order that way. The receipt even confirms my order. Only 2 workers and she kept saying what the food comes with and I kept trying to show how I ordered with the receipt. Also told her food was left as well and didnt make it home with full order. "Oh yeah, those were still here, no apology etc. Told her I need them remade or my money back and was told to have a nice day and leave, or the cops would be called. Really Taco bell? Cops when no voices were ever raised and worker can't admit she messed up and just remake order to fix. Wasnt worth the argument, left with no food. Will have to dispute charges since food was not remade or refunded..
