Watch out for hidden costs here. I ordered a large water and was charged $3.19. When I asked about it, the employee was incredibly rude and snapped that they 'charge for the cup, not the contents.' Over $3 for tap water is ridiculous, and the attitude made it worse. Save your money and go elsewhere if you're looking for basic customer service. This Ashley girl needs retraining on customer service. If Taco Bell does coaching write ups, she needs a write up, and deserves a corrective action for sure. I would avoid this location at all cost. If you’re not happy with your job, there is always Mc Donald’s, so you can be loving it!

i was waiting for my food in the drive thru just now and this dark skinned girl with a cap on threw my food on the counter while she didn’t know i was looking and once I saw, she got embarrassed and handed me it with a stank face, and the tan girl who took my order was being rude and was giving me attitude, and I repeated myself about my drink, and she still gave me the wrong drink

This Taco Bell is the worst place ever paid so much for tacos to have 3 pieces of meat in a chalupa. Then they wanted me to write my card info down on a piece of paper so they can issue the refund the next day. A supervisor was not present & hardly ever is. They have no manners when taking the orders.

Place doesnt have a register. You have to use a kiosk and it doesnt take cash. Owners to cheap to pay a cashier. Then by $3 taco barley had anything in it. Nothing supreme about it. Next time ill go theough the drive thru and order then say ill meet yall inside.

Laziest workers ever 💀they refused to make two separate orders because they are lazy and it wasn’t even big orders 🙄it was just two 7 dollar luxe boxes in total.

This is usual Taco Bell we go to all the time, for years. We went tonight. Very rude and rushing through drive thru, kept asking with attitude toward my husband. “Is that all sir” there was no one else there, due to my husband being disable taking my husband a moment to order. Once at the window, they advise us to drive around come back through the drive thru. Again no one there, which should been a sign. Handed the bags says sauce in bag, close window fast. No sauce. Honk to get their attention. Two ladies were busy talking to each other. The girl realize she forgot the sauce. Grabbed a handful to give to us. Didn’t get the order correct. Just unbelievable, lack of training on customer service they had. No sympathy or making sure the customer order is correct just rushing like we are bother them. Do better.

The girl who works the afternoon shift was rude and asked the person behind us first thing and then didn't even give us our total snatched the money out of my boyfriends hand rolled her eyes and walked off, and came back without not counting out change back and then slammed our drink cup on the counter. I'm sorry but that's rude as hell I think!Anyone else dealing with rude customer service at this location?
