Every single time they never put everything I’ve ordered in the bag! And it’s hard because I buy party packs and stuff for a lot of people and they never ever come through anymore. I just spent 26 dollars for a combo and an extra taco on DoorDash. All I got was nachos. And it’s insane it’s almost like they can’t stand their job and don’t care! I will never be back im done. Y’all gotta work on customer service.

Great staff just wish when you ask for more sauce the response wasn't we can't give you that, so instead if you get 4 items they give 4 sauces so I jist go inside after the drive through and get a handful like a normal customer inside free of charge:) other then that 9/10 aa far as taco bells

Absolutely terrible they messed up my order you didn’t give me for things out of my $28 order and then looked at me like I was crazy and I did something wrong when I came back up to the store to get my items that I paid for. Doesn’t matter whose working drive through. They always have a terrible attitude.

I've always liked Taco Bell well enough. But their service has really gotten horrible. It seems as if you have to jump up and down to have them notice that you're even there.

The past 2 times I went weren't good.Last night I went and only 1 car ordering in front of me, then as I pulled up was told Cash ONLY ok fine then I tried to order and was told please wait. Waited about 5 minutes meanwhile a car behind me left. I finally pulled away about 3 minutes later. Not worth the time.Last Saturday I placed order on app. Arrived about 5 minutes later in drive thru and was told they still didn't have my order. Then was told to wait 30 minutes for app to send order or come back. I wasn't going to wait 30 minutes for app to send order then wait for them to make it. I asked them to cancel order and I was Still charged for it. I already emailed Taco bell app. Both times were bad experiences.DON'T RECOMMEND at all and I won't be going back.
