There were 3 trips to the restaurant to get items missing from an online order. On the last trip, they asked to see that bag, which was at home because by that time other items had been handed out at home and we were returning for the missing items, with receipt. I'm not sure how effective packing everything back up in the bag only to take it back to the store to prove what was missing. #runfromtheborder at this location

Ordered the veggie supreme crunch wrap with guacamole, and was given one with beef added in it. Has to be the worst service quality, when you order a veggie food option with beef added to it. Taco Bell has been my go to place for a very long time , and truly disappointed with the quality of service going down this much.

I ordered through the app and the lady was super rude she was one of the managers that spoke Spanish. My order was wrong and didn't want to both looking at it plus the freeze I received was super watery I brought it up and she walked away from window.

Don’t order through the app for delivery. The people working here cant get a simple name correct. I was given the wrong order and when I called the store to have my actual order delivered they said they can’t do that. And to get refunded I have to go through the app. I needed my food today and not some other time. Awful service, get people who know how to follow a very simple procedure. Store manager hung up on me while trying to figure the situation out. These people should not be managing at all.

This is the first time I tried Taco Bell. It was awesome. I loved the service and atmosphere here. Really peaceful.
Food was great, staff was friendly the only down side is location as it is next to a carwash and a little difficult to hear with all the vacuums going.
