The drink machine is down only have tea available but my food was OLD hard chicken if people are paying over $3 for a taco at least make sure they can bite the taco! The only reason I can’t go back is because I’m at work what a waste!!

This Taco Bell branch is honestly the worst I’ve been to. I had to sit in the drive-through for over 45 minutes just to get a simple order, and the whole experience was incredibly frustrating. The line barely moved, the service felt disorganized, and by the time I finally got my food, I was completely over it.
The slow service and lack of urgency really make this location stand out—in a bad way. I’ve had better experiences at every other Taco Bell nearby. I won’t be coming back to this one anytime soon.

The worst Taco Bell drive thru that I have ever been to. I waited an hour for my food when it should have taken 10 minutes tops. They also forgot my diablo sauce and nacjp cheese sauce with my order. It was an online order.

Probably the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Staff was way too busy laughing and screaming at each other. Food took 30minutes. Awful. Idk what was going on here.
The sanitary conditions at this location are subpar. I typically had no issues at this location until today. I ordered a crunchwrap supreme and when I got home, I inspected it as I always do. Once I pulled back part of the tortilla, I saw a long black piece of hair imbedded in it! Absolutely disgusting! Management needs to do better. I will not be spending my money here again.

30+ minute wait on a mobile order, because they just didn’t make the cinnabon rolls for some reason?? Only for them to forget the sauce, let the food get cold and soggy in the bag, and mess up what I ordered. By the time I finally get it after almost an hour, the food tastes horrible, cold, and soggy. And it’s not even what I ordered.

While I understand the staff is doing their best, the management has to know how understaffed and terrible this branch is. To wait 45 minutes trapped in a drive thru unable to get out is unacceptable. The line was moving when I joined the drive thru and suddenly basically halted as cars were behind me. When I finally got to the window my order wasn’t even in the system and they thought I had a party pack that costed over $40. I hate a bad review, but this is a warning not to join the drive thru if you even remotely don’t want to waste an hour of your life.

Drove all the way here to find out they don't support all the same on the options Is the other Taco bells. Otherwise it might be an okay place but they really need to fix that
