One of the worst Taco Bells you will ever visit, they forget food items they put Less meat and or lettuce and cheese in their tacos so they're flat don't go here if you want to eat

Thanks for the free pubic hair, it was inside the layers of my mexican pizza. Cashier was friendly but other staff was just hanging out and chatting. Never coming here again....

I hate that this is the closest Taco Bell near me because it is absolutely the worst! There seems to always be an issue with my order, even if I place it on the app, and then the workers will have the audacity to have an attitude with you even though they messed your order up. Rude customer service for sure.

WORST LOCATION EVER !!!! Customer service is horrible waited approximately 20 mins for a mobile order. Fountain drink machine didn’t have ice had to wait for someone to bring ice finally received food and it came out sloppy couldn’t even eat it because it looked disgusting. The MANAGER is no help and should be fired . If you don't have time to wait this LOCATION is not for YOU.

Be careful went there today 2/22/24 for lunch , placed my order with no sour cream … got my order and the cheese was MOLDED .. I’m hoping I didn’t eat any mold because I took one bite then I saw it ?? … they ONLY offered to remake my food and then they put sour cream on it ?? so long day at work no lunch because this fiasco costed me my whole lunch break ?

This place is hit or miss. It all depends on who's working. When you pay for extra here sometimes you get it, sometimes you don't. Portions are already bad, but paying for extra and not getting it is horrible.

Came to simple pickup my one taco I had got for my daughter and I was in line for almost an hour and the line barely even moved. While I’m sitting in the line waiting I’m watching these employees walk out of this car and walk behind the trash can to smoke. To continue there was only one kid inside working and he continued to look around and look outside as if he needed help. When I finally was the 2nd car about to pulled to the window I see the young men smoking a vape I front of the costumers front of me. When I seen that I was upset. Not only how long I’ve waited but to think if he is doing that right at the window inside and in front of the customer what are they doing in the back with my food. When I finally pulled up to get my order the young kid said that it wasn’t ready to give him about 10 minutes. At that point I no longer wanted that food to give to MY CHILD! These kids need to realize what they are doing…..

I love taco and probably eat the same thing from there twice a week. I grew up eating however this is hands down the worst tasting one. I understand that I order at one am, but still. I was the only one in the drive-through. I got the bean and cheese burrito no red sauce no onions add extra beans and cheese. The beans taste burnt and also so unfamiliar for something that I eat all the time.... I'm pregnant and now beyond annoyed , thanks.

Simply the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. Waited in line 45 actual minutes for a mobile order only to get to the window and find they were out of chicken. They subbed steak, but it was awful and chewy. Looked in the bag and found we were given chips and nacho cheese instead of the cinnamon twists we ordered. When asked, the employee said “we’re out,” but didn’t tell us before we pulled away with our order. Awful experience.
