Stopped by for lunch since I seen they had good reviews and wanted to give them a try the place wasn't even busy and I waited to be acknowledge to order for atleast 5 minutes and was just standing there. Seems like they didn't care and just completely ignored me and didn't bother to even tell me they would be right it with me or anything. Just completely rude. I just left. Do better!

My hubby got a steak torta that had ham on and sausage link and he in jumping around the table loving every bit of his torta. Good food great service

The way I pick a favorite taco place is if they have trompo and if they have good salsa, this place does both excellent. They have a ton of salsas to pick from and this fire pineapple habanero mix, makes this place easily my favorite taco spot.

Tortas cubana was delicious and freshly made. The salsa bar was convenient as I was able to try all types of salsas. The green salsa was my favorite. Trinidad and Veronica were super friendly and helped me choose what I wanted.

I ordered a taco plate. I asked for charro beans on the plate. They gave me a refried beans that came with the plate, and a side of charro beans. That’s not what I wanted but I paid. I get all the way home to realize, the charro beans have wieners inside and they stink🤮. I can’t eat it, and of course, I can’t get a refund. Is it just me or is weiner inside of beans, beans and whiners, NOT charro beans. Other that that, and the ok customer service, the tacos were great.

I went to eat this Saturday in the Grand Prairie location and the barbacoa was amazing, I just bought 2lbs of barbacoa in the Irving location and it is horrible and dry. Same franchise different food per location.

If the customer service is great and they treat you kindly, I will come back even if the food wasn’t that great. But if the customer service lacks, I will not recommend to others nor come back. This was my first time with my family and we came on a Sunday night. The women taking the orders was rude — whole demeanor was cold and short, down to her tone of voice and looks. First of all, without customers and word of mouth, the establishment would more than likely not prosper. You work in customer service, and don’t know if she the owner or just staff, but either it’s not acceptable. At least say thank you (I spoke to her in what seemed her native tongue, Spanish, as I also speak Spanish fluently). I don’t recommend and we won’t be coming back. And at that, the food was not good. Aside from the taste, tacos were too oily. As I initially said, if she would have been welcoming and attentive, I’d come back even if the food wasn’t good.

Cashier have a bad attitude, pastor tacos the meat 🥩 still not cooked well enough it’s pork so has to be well done I told them but I guess that’s the way they sell them cause I went back again and asked them, they way I want them and still uncooked 😒

I ordered a menudo to go, the container they used was not meant for something so hot. As a result the clear plastic cup melted into the menudo, I had to throw it away.
